Online Bible Study –– Tattoos on the Heart. Join Pastor Erdos this Advent season for a Zoom discussion on Greg Boyle’s amazing book, Tattoos on the Heart. We will meet December 4, 11 and 18 at 7:30 pm to discuss three chap-ters of the book each week. If you’re interested, send Pas-tor Erdos an email to receive the Zoom link and to receive the prep material for each week.

Yellow Frame Project–– The Yellow Frame Project was es-tablished by Trinity member Brian Crowl to honor the creative efforts of persons who have become isolated by illness, grief, or other life challenges. Brian observed that coloring and cre-ating often improved one’s perspective and mood, and thus, The Yellow Frame Project was born! Look for the artwork to be displayed in Advent to remind all of our members and neighbors in the community that each person matters to God and to us. Thank you for continuing to donate frames as we extend The Yellow Frame project to others.

Thinking Out Loud –– The most recent issue of “Thinking Out Loud” may be on your kitchen counter now. The focus of this issue is on the various ways “loss” affects us all and how we can grow through different types of loss. Famil-iar faces are among those who share their stories: special thanks to Nancy Hamlin, Donna Emley, Paul Helmke and Pastor Haller for their contributions. Pick up your copy to-day, or read it online at TrinityEnglish.org/thinkingoutloud.

Then join the parish musicians in this informal and fun gathering on Wednesdays (December 4, 11, and 18) from 12:10-12:45 p.m. in the music room to explore and sing through a few of these beloved songs. Church Tour Volunteers Needed –– Trinity English will again be one of the hosts on the City of Churches tour, which is scheduled this year on Friday, December 6 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. We need friendly faces willing to greet our guests during those hours in two-hour shifts, from 6:00-8:00 PM, and 8:00 to 10:00 PM. If you would be interested and willing to do this, please contact Tim Robison at [email protected], or by phone at 260-483-9390. This is a wonderful outreach to our community and your assistance would be appreciated!

A Place for You –– You are invited to help fill some of the “gaps” in our volunteer needs! Our specific “needs” right now include individ-uals or families who are willing to deliver altar flowers to members who aren’t able to attend on Sunday mornings (Pastor Haller can identify someone on your route home who would ap-preciate receiving the flowers) AND even though it’s coming into winter, we want to remain open to people during the Open Doors time on Tues-day, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM - 2 PM, if you have an hour or two when you can be on hand to greet people, please let us know. You can bring a book or use the Wifi to help time pass if it’s a slow day! Thank you for consider-ing where you may be able to help keep Trinity running smoothly.

Advent Word –– Sign up now at AdventWord.org to receive a daily word beginning December 1st, to focus your Advent prayers during the season. Also, you can go on our website (TrinityEnglish.org) each day and see one of the Trinity staff give their personal definition of that same word. Focus on the season leading up to Christmas by spending just a few minutes a day thinking about Advent.

December only Sunday School op-portunity. These delightful children need some new teachers. We need a few extra hands to get us through Advent - for wreath lighting (fire free) and nativity building. Try out teaching Sunday School this month and help keep our Sunday classes vibrant and engaging for our youngest members.
