G.K. LATH, F.C.A. He has a very good academic background and was rank

holder in Intermediate exams in his College and in B.Com. in Lucknow University. He has a total experience of 31 years as a Chartered Accountant out of which he had initially worked with Uptron India Limited for about 11 years and held positions at senior management levels while handling accounts and finance divisions. He is associated with this firm as its senior managing partner since 1987 and has successfully handled various types of audit assignments of many state corporations, local bodies, private and public companies and banks etc. He is also actively associated with many private and government organisations as financial and taxation consultant. Presently he is in the Board of Union Bank of India.

RAMESH CHANDRA, F.C.A. He has got a total experience of about 23 years as a Chartered Accountant and out of which he has worked with Uptron India Limited in accounts division for about 5 years and after that he is in full time practice as a partner with this firm.

DINESH SINGH, F.C.A. He is in practice for more then fifteen years as a partner in this firm. During the above period he has handled various types of bank and government audits including those of U.P. Bhoomi Sudhar Nigam, U.P. V. K. TEWARI, F.C.A. He has over thirty eight years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. Out of this, he spent thirteen years in Tanzania, eight months in Zambia, Two years in Kenya, four year in Zimbabwe in various capacities. He was Chief Finance Officer, African Plantations Corporation Ltd. (from May 1997 to March 2002). Before this, worked as Finance Director with Lonrho Tanzania for over ten years and was also appointed Director on the Board of Directors of all six Lonrho Group of Companies in Tanzania. Before leaving India, he worked with National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. from Jan 1981 to Oct 1981 as Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts, with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation Ltd. from June 1975 to Dec 1980, as Deputy Manager (F&A), and with UP State Warehousing Corporation from May 1971 to May 1975 as Officiating Financial Adviser.


B.K. AGARWAL, F.C.A. He has got an experience of more then fifteen years in practice as a partner in this firm. He has good experience of handling statutory, internal audits and other assignments of many listed companies and bank audits of many banks. He is presently incharge of our Delhi office.

K.G.BANSAL, F.C.A. He had a distinction of passing all the exams of Chartered Accountancy in the first attempts.
