2. Identify properties that are of interest

1.Fill the city that you like.2. Fill the zip code of the area.3. Fill the number of bed room and bath room.4. Fill the price rank that acceptable for you.

3. If you are in the area drive by the property at your convenience to get a feel for the neighborhood and location

4. Schedule a showing of your top choice by visiting the property and clicking the “Request a Showing” button

5. Select a suitable date and time, answer our pre screening questions and we will meet you at the property in person

Services. If you do not qualify or choose not to rent and APS managed property is not refundable.

Prequalification is suggested. To prequalify download and complete both parts of the application form and return to APS together with the $40 application fee.

Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available.

Weekend and after hour showings are available and also require a $50 per property scheduling fee.

The weekend showing fee is payable in advance by credit card and will be refunded in full should you lease the property.
