The Foundation's evaluations serve as suggested guidelines and are advisory in nature.Under no circumstance does the Foundation desire to encroach on the indivldual autonomy,residence requirements or intemal policies of educational institutions. The documentssubmitted were photocopies, but this evaluator sees no reason to doubt their authenticify.The qualifications of the translator were not listed or were insufficient to be consideredcertified, so the evaluator cannot attest to the accuracy of the translations.
