Emotion relation to lifeShelbey- I normally get angry when I’m dealing with people. If I end up in an argument or my annoyance level raises. At first I just get frustrated but then it climaxes to anger.

Ilana- when I try my best and I am told to push harder for my goal when I hit my limit this makes me frustrated and rages in anger.
