From Hearts of Space Customer Support Department How to Capture and Share Your Android Device Logs To make this quick and easy, you need to download and install a free app called “aLogcat” from the Google Play Store (or from amazon app store) This app keeps a running text log of all the processes and events running on your Android device. In a few taps, you can email this log to [email protected]. This will enable us to see exactly what’s happening (nor not happening) with the Hearts of Space Android app on your Android device. That will help us find and fix the problem fast.
1.) Be sure to close the Hearts of Space app if it is running on your Android device. 2.) Go to the Google Play Store and search Apps for “aLogcat” (free version) and tap on
Install. aLogcat will download and install in a few moments

3.) Go to Applications, find and open aLogcat. It will start logging events.
4.) Close aLogCat, and then open the Hearts of Space Android app and Sign In
5.) When/if you reach the point where the app gets stuck, won’t load, gives error messages, becomes unresponsive, Close the Hearts of Space app, then re-open aLogCat. On your Android device, tap on the Menu icon along the bottom of the device, next to the home button. The menu choices for aLogcat will slide up from the bottom. Tap on “pause” and then tap on “Share.”
6.) Choose either Email or Gmail, whichever you prefer. Enter ‘[email protected] as the send to address, then tap on send. aLogcat will email the complete log to us. Thank you!
