Like I like the food and
weather. I am also Roman Catholic so I feel that I’d fit in pretty well.
Dislike The language
barrier It’s a developing
country rather then a developed country
![Page 16: Andrew Wilson Advanced Sociology Pd. 6 Mr. Bunner March 1, 2012](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022062600/5a4d1b7a7f8b9ab0599b8ed0/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)
It would not be my first choice, but I wouldn’t mind it. Aside from the language barrier, I feel that I’d like it there if I lived in the capital city of Montevideo, but with that being said I would not want to live in a village.

Russians read a lot. They enjoy going to theatres. Russian culture is non-individualistic. Medical aid and education is free. Some people of different nations may consider Russians
rude because they are very straight forward, but it is simply Russian culture.
Russians get married when they are really young(18-22 years)
If a woman is older and not married it puts a label on a woman that something is wrong with her.
Marriage to Russian women is similar to a career is to western European women.
Russians consume a lot of alcohol.

Like I like the beautiful
buildings in Russia such as The St. Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow’s Red Square.
Dislike I dislike the cold
weather. I am also not a fan
of the food eaten in Russia.
![Page 32: Andrew Wilson Advanced Sociology Pd. 6 Mr. Bunner March 1, 2012](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022062600/5a4d1b7a7f8b9ab0599b8ed0/html5/thumbnails/32.jpg)
I would not like to live in Russia. They have very harsh winters and I already hate PA weather so I feel as if living in Russia would be a bad fit for me. Also I am not a big fan of the food eaten there. Last but not least, I feel as though the language barrier and the Russian alphabet would be very difficult to understand/learn.
![Page 33: Andrew Wilson Advanced Sociology Pd. 6 Mr. Bunner March 1, 2012](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022062600/5a4d1b7a7f8b9ab0599b8ed0/html5/thumbnails/33.jpg)
I would definitely choose to live in America. I feel as though it would be difficult to make the transition moving outside of the country, even to a place such as England. If I had to move outside of the US, I would pick Australia because they have good weather and they speak English.
