The Bronze Age
• Bronze is very malleable • It made the food taste bad when used as a table knife • The knife has two sides resembling a dagger
The Iron Age
• Iron knives were kept sharp easily • These knives were very durable • You had your own knife and wore it on your belts
Steel Knives 18th Century
• Table knives had one blade instead of a dagger shaped table knife • They were an improvement from iron
The Modern Knife
• Stainless steel • Small angles of the knife Japanese knives 15 degree blade, American and European knives 20 degree blade, others have a 40 degree blade
