All exhibitors must comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

All electrical equipment must have been tested for electrical safety, marked as such, and have a traceable signed certificate indicating test results, or if less than 12 months old and untested, have dated proof of purchase. Any equipment brought into the venue not meeting these requirements will not be given an electrical supply, please note that there will not be any facilities onsite for testing equipment.

Wall fixings are not permitted without the venue’s permission.

Important information

Location: The Lights, West Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 1AHTo view site map visit http://www.thelights.org.uk/visiting

• Parking and loading – There is no parking on site. The nearest car park is shown with directions on the next page and also in the link above.

• For unloading/loading, you will be directed to park in The Lights Carpark to offload only, which is off Charlton Road (look for signs for Andover College ad then The Lights Deliveries) and then you will have to will need to move your vehicles once unloaded.

• Upon arrival you will be directed to the exhibition area. Where you will start set up on your provided trestle table.

• WIFI is available free throughout the Venue.

• Light lunch and refreshments will be provided for up to two people per stand. There is also a small on-site cafe where you will be able to order drinks that The Argus will cover the cost of, any other purchases you must pay for yourself.

• Table cloths must be provided by the exhibitors.
