“Our Main Gathering Room was 11 ft wide. We ate every meal at the kitchen peninsula because it would have been too tight to add an informal dining table between the kitchen & the family room. There was no lighting on the ceiling, it was a pretty dark space!”

AFTER OUR REMODEL “We are thrilled! We doubled the 11 ft width of our family room!! And we now have a separate informal dining area surrounded by windows with lots of ceiling lighting! Our upgraded kitchen also has more storage!

“Through a lot of upfront discussions, Dean listened to our needs and helped us visualize what could be possible if we opened up an entire wall and rotated the entrance to the deck 180 degrees! Also by pushing the wall to the deck out by 3 ft, an openness was created we didn’t think possible in our traditional two story!”

AFTER OUR REMODEL “We Upgraded and Extended our Kitchen! We upgraded our existing cabinets using the original supplier and brought them up to the ceiling. We refaced our lower cabinets. And more ceiling light!

“MORE CABINETS AND COUNTERSPACE! We extended upper & base cabinets and our existing countertop by 4 FT, wrapping them around to our new Informal Dining room.“

AFTER – Upgrades and Better Function

“The existing living space was upgraded by installing hardwood flooring throughout the main floor.

The small Formal Dining Room was repurposed to a much desired Home Office.

Cabinets that match the kitchen were added on either side of the Fireplace for extra space for Board Games, puzzles, etc.. ”
