SUGGESTED ITINERARY

Day 01: PORT BLAIR Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to hotel. After lunch visit for Corbyn’s Cove Beach which is 9 kms from Port Blair – It’s a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing. Then proceed to Cellular Jail Museum, and later attend the enthralling Sound and light show at Cellular Jail- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel/Resort at Port Blair.

Day 02: PORT BLAIR After Breakfast enjoy your day by visiting Mount Harriet (65 km, by road from Port Blair). The summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner during British Raj, this place is an ideal for a nice and fascinating over view of the outer islands and the sea. It is the highest peak in the South Andaman’s (365 meters high). One can trek upto Madhuban through a nature trail and can find rare endemic birds, animals and butterflies. Later after Lunch enjoy sunset at Chidiya Tapu ( 35 kms. from Port Blair ) Chidiya Tapu is the southernmost tip of South Andaman. The lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and the Sylvan Sands and Munda pahar beaches make it an ideal picnic site. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

Day 03: PORT BLAIR Early Morning travel for Baratang with packed breakfast from the hotel. (110 Kms from Port Blair by road) which holds the natures best treasure gifted to the Islands. The journey from Port Blair to Baratang will be in ferry or by road, On arrival at Baratang comes a very exciting part of the journey, the mangrove creek journey by boat leading to the Lime Stone Cave, it takes ½ hour journey, than a 20 minutes short walk by road. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair.

Day 04: After breakfast departure by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair). Enjoy your afternoon at the World Famous “Radha Nagar Beach” (Beach number 7) at Havelock. The most popular beach named as “Best Beach in Asia – by Time in 2004” Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock island.

Day 05: After breakfast proceed to Elephant Beach for adventurous snorkeling experience. Elephant Beach is located near the eastern coast of Havelock Island. It is approachable by dunghi (small wooden carved fishing motor boat). Snorkeling is leisure water sports in which a person swims on the surface of water wearing the face mask and view in the underwater corals. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water & changing dress. Return back to Hotel. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Havelock island.

Day 06: After Breakfast sail for Neil Island. A beautiful Island with plenty of marine life triangularly shaped with lush green surroundings of paddy fields, banana plantations and tropical trees. Pristine sandy beaches at Bharatpur and Lakshmanpur are some of the best beaches to explore. The breathtaking view of sea and the lushing greeneries in the island is really rejuvenating and enjoyable for enthusiastic travelers. Visit Lakshmanpur beach, where you can see a natural bridge formation. Later visit Bharatpur beach, ideal for Snorkeling and glass bottom boat rides. You can see the beautiful coral and underwater life. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Neil Island.

Day 07: After breakfast day free at leisure. Return back to Port Blair (as per your booked ferry timings) and transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. Day 08: Morning free for packing & personal activities. Transfer to airport.

One night stay in Port Blair on your return from Havelock is mandatory, as Havelock – Port Blair or Neil – Port Blair ferries do not connect with departing flights on the same day.

Please carry a pair of swim suit/dress while visiting a beach.

Sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions. Child above 02 yrs will be charged full. No cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets are purchased.

Our tour program are inclusive of all entry tickets i.e., in museum and memorial etc. etc. as per itinerary.

Due to adverse weather condition in Andaman snorkeling or any other water activities are not advisable and also Light and Sound Show is not possible as it is played in an amphy theatre style.

There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.

Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations

In Port Blair area scarcity of water is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living. Guests are requested to cooperate with any such problem faced during the tour.

Please note wherever Government boats are used for travelling, a fixed seat cannot be assured. You may sometimes have to travel on the deck.

Room allotment is done only by the Hotel authorities, so it may come on basement/ground floor/First or any floor. Hazel Tour shall not be held responsible for the same.

The tour itinerary finalized at the time of advance payment will be final & changes in the itinerary are only subject to condition.
