More convenience, more safety, higher energy savings: The demand for building management systems is continuously increasing.

Whether in a single-family house or in an office complex, the demand for comfort and versatility in the management of air-conditioning, lighting and access control systems is growing. At the same time, the efficient use of energy is becoming increasingly important. More convenience and safety coupled with lower energy consumption can however only be achieved by intelligent control and monitoring of all products involved. This however implies more wiring, running from the sensors and actuators to the control and monitoring centres. Such a mass of wiring in turn means higher design and installation effort, increased fire risk and soaring costs.

In order to transfer control data to all building management components, a system is required that does away with the problems of isolated devices by ensuring that all components communicate via one common language: in short, a system such as the manufacturer and application domains independent KNX Bus. This standard is based upon more than 24 years of experience in the market, amongst others with predecessor systems to KNX: EIB, EHS and BatiBUS. Via the KNX medium to which all bus devices are connected (twisted pair, radio frequency, power line or IP/Ethernet), they are able to exchange information. Bus devices can either be sensors or actuators needed for the control of building management equipment such as: lighting, blinds / shutters, security systems, energy management, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, signalling and monitoring systems, interfaces to service and building control systems, remote control, metering, audio / video control, white goods, etc. All these functions can be controlled, monitored and signalled via a uniform system without the need for extra control centres.

DIVUS TOUCHZONE can be designed individually, where all your ideas and visions can be implemented with Android. All system integrators and building users want a solution that allows free and individual scaling and definition of control elements on a touch screen. Thanks to our multi-touch display, labels, texts, and icons can be displayed in a size that enables even children and the elderly to read and understand the display and use it in a sure-footed manner.

A room control device needs to allow for simple and trouble-free installation and operation. The DIVUS TOUCHZONE is powered by the building network via PoE (power over ethernet), or via a 12 to 32 volt DC power supply, which is also compatible with the electrical systems in event trucks, mobile homes, ships and yachts.

Communication with the KNX bus is enabled via network and a KNX gateway. The LAN interface serves as the data interface for multiroom, internet and other controller uses. Two USB ports and four digital input and output ports are available on the rear of the device for specific data and signal communication. Behind the decorative covering on the front of the device is an additional USB port for data communication (in accordance with USB OTG specifications), as well as a microphone and speaker with echo cancelling for intercom. The system memory can be enlarged via a micro SD card. Display brightness is controlled by a intelligent regulation, such that the display remains readable at all times and shuts off when not in use.

Touching shortly the lower or the upper 2 touch buttons at the same time activates the main menu. You can navigate through the main menu by swiping from left to right or from right to left on the upper 2 touch buttons. HomePad and MiniPad switches are available in different colours, finishes and are characterised by a central cross that is available in three colours. However the graphic surfaces are fully customisable with personal images, artworks, logos, and function icons for long or short pressures. Both pads feature embedded thermostat, additional input interfaces, and integrated KNX BCU. HomePad also supports master/slave connection to a non KNX model.

The HomePad is available in two versions, namely the 8-channel PB80, and the 4-channel PB40. Both versions can include an additional thermostat function or 4 digital inputs that can be connected to dry contacts. Synchronicity is a range of products working on KNX standard, dedicated to hotel and facility management.

All the range is for both 2 modules round and squared inwall boxes or for 3 modules boxes. The solution is integrated with eSuite software management tool and products for temperature and HVAC control, lighting and load management (input and output modules, digital/analog mixed modules, dimmers and shutters modules), visualization and control (touchpanels, PDA), communication (gateways vs other protocols).

INWALL MODULE 3 INPUT/2 OUTPUT IO32D01KNX

2 digital inputs, 1 analog input, 2 relay output (bistable) Digital inputs are intended to be connected to free potential contacts and can interface sensors, traditional buttons, etc; they can be used to on/off commands, dimming, shutter control, scene recall and control, sequences of 3 objects Analog input, can manage one temperature probe (with On/Off threshold) or one thermostats to control heating and cooling equipments, valves, 2 and 4 pipes fan coils; etc.. Analog input, alternatively to the temperature sensor, can manage a Infrared Receiver (IRX) in order to forward to the bus up to 8 channel coming from a Infrared Remote Control (IRC) with on/off commands, scenes, sequences of 2 objects, dimmer and shutter.

Outputs include switching function with timed delays, staircase function, scene recall, lock or logic function. Each output can be configured independently for load control (2 independent channels) Device 2 outputs on board can be configured: • Each output can be configured independently for ON / OFF or continuous switching (PWM) for Electric valves (solenoid actuators) (2 independent channels) • Outputs can be configured in pairs for the management of roller shutters and blinds; (1 channel) The device is equipped with KNX communication interface.

The DIN RAIL 8 Output Module is an EIB/KNX DIN rail mounting device useful to interface commands (e.g. push buttons) or loads (e.g. lamps) for any kind of applications. Device 8 outputs on board can be configured: • Each output can be configured independently for

load control (R1 to R8) • Each output can be configured independently for ON

/ OFF or continuous switching (PWM) for Electric valves (solenoid actuators) (EV1 to EV8)

The 3 channel Dimmer Module is designed to interface variable lighting with bus KNX/EIB and allow dimming of incandescent and halogen loads of 230V, BT and TBT.The product can control 1, 2 or 3 (C1, C2, C3) independent lighting circuits. The outputs number depends on switch 7 position. Device is intended to be installed on DIN rail. The device configuration for commissioning in terms of physical address, group addresses and parameters is done with ETS (Engineering Tool Software) through a download of the Application Program.

DIN RAIL 3OUT DIMMER 1-10V DM03C02KNX

Dimmer used to control lighting circuits via a 1/10V connection, acting upon remote control dimmers or electronic ballasts. Device is intended to be installed on DIN rail. The device configuration for commissioning in terms of physical address, group addresses and parameters is done with ETS (Engineering Tool Software) through a download of the Application Program.
