SUBJECT: ANCOP's NEW CHILD SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CSPMS)

    Greetings of LOVE dear brethren

God continue to bless and anoint our community both in our ministry of evangelization and

mission to the poor. This is the fullness of our response in this great commission.

We are happy to announce that CFC Ancop particularly our Education program will soon roll out

our new CSP Management System or CSPMS. This is an end-to-end system with modules in Profiling,

Sponsorship, Remittance, Transmittal/Disbursement and, Liquidation. Every stakeholder like you in the

"area-Ancop-donor" will be using this single system that is centralized, integrated and secure- It will also

provide a real time update capacity. (Pls. see attached details)

Since this is totally new, a "complete yet simple training" will be scheduled very soon in your respective

area to be coordinated by CFC Ancop national office. Each area (MM Sectors or Province) has to bring in

attendance the minimum of Ancop Head and Ancop CSP Head.

In addition, may we request and enjoin everyone to prepare that:

    1. PAD or MM Sector Head will be the lead person responsible for all BCOP/Ancop programs

    2. Each area has to have an effective Project Implementing Team or PIT.

Note: A total of P1,500 per student / per year is allocated for CSPs implementation and

Coordinators Allowance (P540); Direct delivery cost (P540); and, Sponsor related requirement

(P420). This means that an area with so much number of externally funded sponsored children

can get part-time but focus staff for CSPs finance/liquidation reports. This fund is not intended

for any other purpose as above or allowance of Coordinators who are CFC mission volunteers.

    3. Dedicated Finance In-Charge for Ancop (SFC can be tapped to help this area)

  • God bless you all who are fellow lovers of the poor.

    In Christ

    JIMMY M. ILAGAN

    4. Each area (MM Sector or Province) has to assign their official representative in accessing the

CSPMS (name/service/email address/contact number) and send to:

[email protected] not later than March 15, 2015.

    a. Area Ancop Head

    b. Area Ancop CSP Head

However, our target is to have each "project site" to have their own access to this system.

    5. To ensure the continuous orderly flow of this system, we have attached a guideline of turn-over

if a need of changing the in-charge is necessary.

We anticipate with great excitement the full utilization of this tool that we envision to provide

you with easy and timely access of needed information.
