Some of you may not be familiar with the author of this booklet, Jon Peniel,or his best selling book “The Children of the Law of One & the Lost Teachings ofAtlantis”. Jon is a teacher from an ancient spiritual order called (in English) “TheChildren of the Law of One”. The late, famous psychic, Edgar Cayce (the mostdocumented psychic in the world), spoke of The Children of the Law of One manytimes during the years of psychic readings he gave while in trance. Cayce spoke ofthe order’s history of championing freedom & enlightenment, and its lineage -beginning in Atlantis, continuing through pre-ancient Egypt, and on to the present.Cayce also predicted that an important spiritual messenger by the name ofJohn/Jon Peniel, would come forth near the time of great Earth Changes.According to the entranced Cayce, Peniel was coming to give to the world vitalspiritual information - “the new order of things” for a new age/new type of world,and the next step for humanity’s spiritual development. Jon does not claim to bethis person, nor does he dismiss it at this point – he doesn’t consider it to be animportant issue. But many members of the organization the late Cayce founded(The Association for Research & Enlightenment [A.R.E.], and those who havebelonged to Cayce “study groups” for many years, have (after reading thebook/teachings) declared that they believe Jon is the messenger Cayce predicted,and now study Jon’s book and the ancient teachings.

Born in the US, Jon Peniel began his training in the Children’s Tibetanmonastery, while still a teenager. There, he learned, trained, and became spirituallyenlightened. After the prophesied destruction of that monastery, he was given thetask of publicly releasing their teachings to the world (also prophesied by histeachers). He is now the international head of the order, and is still in the processof revealing the ancient teachings (which in small part includes this booklet) and hasreleased the pertinent information from the fabled “Hall of Records” buriedbetween the Sphinx and Great Pyramid.

Foreword I Still May Not Know What I’m Talking About.

First, let me say that I am just a humble spiritual teacher. My only life goalis to help people develop their spiritual natures, return to their original spiritualstate of being, and return to Oneness with the Universal Spirit/God. I am not aUFO-ologist, and it is not my field of expertise. While I highly respect those whohave these interests, search for the truth about them, and expose the truth aboutthem, that is not my field, and I’m so busy with my other priorities, I don’t havetime for it (along with many other things. Heck, I’m lucky to make time for thebathroom!) I also don’t have time for abductions, and I wish some of these darnedaliens would leave us alone – I’ve tried bug repellant sprays and they don’t workworth a damn on aliens (joke). But, for whatever reason, I seem to have more thanmy share of UFO and alien experiences, and I’m happy to share those with others,along with the ancient teachings from Atlantis, that I learned about such things.Also, I don’t claim to be an expert, so if you disagree with what I have to say here,or you believe you can help clarify things for me, please just maintain your ownopinion and don’t modify it because of me – you may know far more than I, andmy opinions are only from what I’ve personally experienced, and read in theancient teachings. But please don’t contact me about them, I’m so busy with myduties and responsibilities I can’t even keep up with those alone. I do think youshould share info you have though, and there are many resources for that, such asArt Bell’s Radio Show, etc.

[The following book is an edited transcript of a series of lectures Jon gave inMarch 2001. He is a humorous person and makes occasional “out there” jokes,so you’ll enjoy the booklet more if you aren’t too serious of a person.]

Q. I was wondering, you were saying at one point that the space brothers wouldnot have ships and things, they would travel by light since they were so spirituallyadvanced, so it doesn’t seem like they would be doing tagging. A. No, they’re not doing any of that kind of stuff. And as far as ships, it dependson how you want to define space brothers. Again, what I was saying before is thatthere are something in the neighborhood of 50 different species that the ancientteachings talk about visiting Earth. And what you’re referring to is that there is ascale of evolution involved, and the higher you evolve spiritually, the less you needanything physical to travel in. Ultimately, you are like a light being, an angel, youdon’t need a ship any more to travel the universe. Thought is the highest form tolive in, it is the fastest way to travel, you can travel any place you can think of andinstantly be. Anything you can imagine, you can instantly create. Even everythingon the slow vibratory planes, like the “physical plane” of Earth, is that way, as a

matter of fact. This is a very gross slow vibrational plane. But it still operates underthe rule of the mind. Mind is the builder. That is universal law. Mind creates all.Nothing that humankind has done on Earth, didn’t first come from someone’smind. Think of anything you want, a car, houses, cities- everything had to bethought of first. Then there are a whole lot of “thought processes” involved leadingup to the finalization of something being manifested on the physical plane. If youwanted to build a house the first thing you would have to do is think that youwanted to build a house, right? Then you’d have to think of where you wanted tobuild it, next you’d have to think of what kind of house you wanted it to be. Onceyou decided what kind of house you wanted it to be... (Obviously I am talking aboutbuilding it yourself, but still if you are hiring a contractor, the contractor has to doall this). Somebody has to do it all. Next part is the architectural aspects of it, youactually have to figure out what’s going to go where, if the thing is going to stand,how to hold the roof up and what to make the walls out of, the dimensions youwant it to be, etc. Then you have to acquire materials to do all this… andeventually you end up with a house. You could see how obvious the mind being thebuilder is, if you could shift your time frame (speaking of time shifting) to where youwere existing in a different time dimension so to speak, or time frame perspective,like time lapse photography. For instance, you’ve seen time lapse photographywhere things are being built or being torn down or plants are growing, flowersblooming, or an orange getting mold on it and disintegrating and going back intothe soil, etc. That’s like looking at things in a different time frame. And if youviewed humans like that, you would see how the mind is the builder, and time goeson, whether fast or slow, but the same thing happens eventually, that you see intime lapse. If you viewed someone thinking of building a house, and all the stepsfrom there, in a different time frame – the house would be built like “zip”, zip, zip,and in an instant (it would seem) it would be all done. But all the things are thatway. It’s just very slow here and that’s the way it is. But everything, you name it,everything other than what nature has created, had to be thought of first and everystep involved in making it happen had to be thought of, the mind had to be used tokeep it in a certain direction. Just like if you started building a house and then youstopped… you got off track, you said, “I think I’ll go to Europe and hang out andget a boat and go sailing”, the house construction stops. You stop applying yourmind to the creation of it. That’s why it stops.

Q. When you are out of a body, you don’t have a brain.A. Speak for yourself [joke]. There is a difference between a brain and a mind,they are not the same thing. The brain is sort of the physical organ that a minduses to function through on the physical plane here.Q. So, when you are out of a body and you are a light being, you have a mind?A. Yes, you always have a mind (at least some of us do)[joke], you always haveconsciousness and you always have a body of some kind, whether it is a light body,high vibration body, you always have something that is you. Q. You’re not formless?

A. What does that mean?Q. I don’t know.A. Speaking of formless, you are going to have to define your question better forme to be able to answer it. Q. It says in the Teachings, in the history, it says we were ever flowing, everchanging and not… something about being unattached. [other monk]: Probably not caught in matter is what you mean.Q. Yeah. Does that mean that we could be that star over there and that planet overthere?A. You could take the form of it, but that is someone else. That is what our truebeings are, but your star is not that one. Our true natures are that of solar systems.That is all that exists in the universe. Out there it’s solar systems, and everythingon the planet Earth, including nature, is all made up of atoms – teeny solarsystems. So everything is solar systems and space, whether it is on a microcosm ora macrocosm. That is all there is. We are living in the in between world where wesee this illusion of the atoms being connected in certain ways and vibrating atcertain frequencies to where we see a wall, or we see a door, we see a chair or acar. But what they really are, is like billions of solar systems, stars, that are reallyreally really really tiny with a lot of space in between them. The space in betweenthem also has to do with what we think is real and what we see. You change thespace, you change the vibration and the frequency, it changes what we sense withour limited little five sensors. We are like these probes that have very limitedcapability. We can’t sense the X-rays and things like that. We can hear on thisgross level of 20 cycles per second to 20,000 and we can see in the visible lightrange and not very well at that. We can sense vibration through touch, which iseven a grosser level. We’re very limited as to what we perceive as far as what’s realand what’s in front of us, and what’s out there in the universe and what theuniverse is period. Anyway we’re getting way off track here as far as talking aboutUFOs.

Wake me When the Invasion is OverWas there a question that didn’t get answered when we went off on that

subject? Oh we didn’t finish the last part of her question, it was about the fear Ithink, fear of aliens.

Part of it has to do with… there is a reason to be afraid. We are beinginvaded after all. Not like we’re used to seeing in the movies and on TV, butinvaded nonetheless. It isn’t something coming, its already been here for a longtime. We were talking earlier about how our free will is being taken from us. Wedon’t have any cages, we’re apparently free to walk around, but if somebody canessentially take you any time they want, put you anywhere they want, implant you,probe you (“let the probing begin!” as the Tick said), do stuff to your body, you’vebeen invaded and they are your physical masters. That is a good point too. We’retalking about your body, and only your body. Because they can’t do anything to

your spirit. They can’t do anything to your soul, who you really are, which isanother reason why people’s spiritual evolution, spiritual development should betheir first priority – to get to where you’re free. Those whose consciousness can’tget beyond the physical plane, can’t get beyond their bodies and desires and fears,are stuck. Anything can happen to the body and it will eventually die no matterwhat you do to try and keep it from happening, it is going to die, one way oranother. If you haven’t evolved your consciousness enough, you’re stuck withneeding another body, if you have evolved your consciousness enough you don’tneed it.

Put Alien Abductees on MilkCartons?

Since it’s related to this topic, I’ll go ahead and jump over to our next story,which involves my first attempted abduction incident. But before we get into thedetails, let me address the “whys”.

There are several reasons why this may have never happened before, and“all of a sudden” started happening. The first is that it may have had to do with anew student who was traveling with us at the time. She spoke of having abductionsthroughout her whole life. The other possible reason, is something calledMoldavite, a meteor borne “gemstone” that we’d recently been given a bag of –more about that later.

Welcome to Alien World of OrlandoWe were in an RV south of Orlando, probably about 30 miles outside of

town. We were staying overnight in an RV park. In the middle of the night, Isuddenly had these little greys all around me, working on me. Not somewhereelse, but right there in the RV. They were doing an operation on my knee. It wasa little bit dream-like, but it wasn’t a normal dream by any means, and somethingwas definitely “wrong”. I couldn’t move, and it seemed like I was drugged, andcouldn’t “wake up” from the stupor. I’d dealt with this sort of thing before in apsychic attack context, and knew there was only one way to get around it – forceof will. So I forced my state of awareness into the conscious realm, like forcingyourself to wake up from a bad dream. I don’t think they expected that at all. Iguess my mental and meditation training gave me more strength of will and mindthan they were accustomed to. As I surfaced and became alert, they took off, theywere just gone, just out of the place – no door slamming, no nothing. It was notlike they ran through the door, they were just gone. But they were still around andwhatever they were in was still around because there were lights over the RV park.No one was stirring anywhere in the park, and there were blinding blazing lightscoming through the vents of the RV and outside the window. The whole park waslit up far brighter than in sunlight. It was like a thousand of those carbon arc searchlights they use for grand openings, were shinning down on the RV park from thesky above. Then all of the sudden, the light just went out, it was totally dark again.

They had obviously managed to do some work on my knee, and everyone else’s inthe RV, before I came to. Because the next day, everybody, I think there were fourof us there, everybody had different scars on their knees. Three people had about¼ inch wide marks, in the shape of the ends of a six pointed star. They looked likethey’d been made with needles, with one needle dot in the center, with a bruise.One person actually had a zigzag scar that looked like someone had taken a zigzagsewing machine and had run it right across the top of their knee. This was all inknees. I think everyone’s scars were all on the same side. I don’t remember if it wasleft or right at the time. But everybody had it.

We were speaking of the Moldavite. This being the other possibility of whywe started having these “lovely” intrusions. So we need to talk about that a littlebit. We heard about the following after the Orlando experience. Modavite looks alittle like an emerald, but it supposedly comes from a meteor. Anyway, after thisincident occurred, we were talking to someone about it and they said thatMoldavite was known to attract aliens. Great. We got rid of it. But it didn’t do anygood – we were now part of “their” program. From that point on, it was aconstant experience, every few nights or nightly sometimes. In fact, shortlythereafter, on the coast of Florida, probably within a week, could have been amonth (it was a long time ago), they did something to my ear. I got an earinfection from it, I had bleeding and also got a fever, quite sick.

Aliens don’t like Drums?Eventually I went to go see an old friend who was into healing, natural

healing, and a chiropractor. He was more than your average chiropractor, in anumber of ways. He had virtually done full MD- like training with the exception ofdrugs. The school he studied at- he had done a lot of anatomy, dissection, etc..Plus he was a second generation healer – he started following in his father’sfootsteps when he was only 6 years old. You get the idea. He looked in my earwith some device that let him look in there and test the eardrum movement at thesame time. It had a little squeeze bulb that would increase and decrease air pressureinside the ear, so he could watch how the eardrum was reacting. He said that itlooked like I had a fresh surgical scar, about an 1/8-inch long, that was veryprecise - either done by a really good surgeon or perhaps a laser. But moreinterestingly, he said that it looked like my old eardrum wasn’t working - andsomeone had constructed a new one above it and that is what seemed to beworking.

After that, I decided it might be a good idea to go see an MD, just to gettheir take on it. I went to the first one I could find, that had a reasonableappointment opening. I didn’t tell him the story obviously. But when he lookedinto my ear with his little device, he didn’t say a word, he just immediately set itdown, walked over to a phone, and made a call. I could hear him whispering onthe phone (probably with my new superpower alien hearing [joke]). He whisperedintensely, “You’ve got to see this, you’ve got to come over here and see this!”.That was not very “comforting”. So we left his office immediately before whoever

he was calling came over. All he mentioned was a white residue of some kind.Next, I decided to see an old friend who is an MD, and the only one I trusted.Because of traveling time and appointment schedules, by this time, it had been acouple of weeks since I’d first seen the chiropractor. It was taking a while becausewe were in different states and such, and of course, you can never immediately getin to see a regular doctor you don’t know, unless perhaps it’s an emergency.Anyway, my MD friend looked in there, and said it looked Ok to him - that theeighth inch long scar was very, very old, like a childhood scar, and there wasnothing abnormal. So in what I think was about a two week time period, it had notonly healed, but it had healed to the point to where it looked like a childhood scarrather than a fresh scar that was a month old (like it should have looked like), andhe found no traces of an extra ear drum. The hearing has been off in that earthough, ever since. Everything sounds odd, and hearing loss is probably at leastabout 10% lower than normal.

A. Well, only the hearing issue.

Illegal Aliens attack over PearlHarbor

At that point I decided I needed to find out a little bit more about what wasgoing on with these damn alien pests. So I contemplated it, had a meditation andasked for an answer to this - what was going on. Because again, not only was itinfringing on the free will, but they were doing a dirty job of it. Were they not usingsterile instruments and did they not care what the after effects were? Again, thiswas kind of reminiscent of scientists who think they are really superior to us doingthings to us for whatever reason they had and treating people like we would treat acow – and let’s not get side-tracked on cattle mutilation. That’s a whole differentthing. The answer came in a vision… it’s very hard to describe this… it is like anexperience/vision at the same time... I don’t know how to explain it, there’s reallyno way to explain it to people who haven’t had that type of thing. But, it was atotally conscious incident and these ETs were explaining to me what was going onand why they were doing it. They essentially apologized for not honoring our freewill, but they said that they were going to do it regardless. Again, this was just onespecies, who were responsible for some of the abductions. For them, it had to dowith being a dying race and their children, their off-spring were dying and they

needed human research, human tissue, blood and other things in order to savetheir children, and their race. In the mean time they were also protecting us fromother species of aliens that had very bad intent, and plans for us. This was allbeing explained on board their craft, which was hidden behind clouds over Hawaii.I was also “shown around” the human medical areas – quite basic and sterile, likecow or hen stalls without dividing walls. While this was being explained, the shipwas attacked, and an actual fight broke out. Both craft were hidden behind cloudsand the aliens I was with were able to fight the others off. It was kind of… “See,these are the guys that we are protecting you against”.

Q. Did you feel like that was a load of crap or that was pretty much it?A. No, it made a lot of sense to me. It was settling in the sense that, I still disagreedwith the idea of not honoring free will, but again at least there was some rationalexplanation to it, and reason in some sense. For instance, what would an averageselfish separate self human do, or any animal do, if their children’s lives wereendangered? And what if it included the entire race being endangered. Most rulesthat civilized beings live by, go out the window. At a certain point, they will takeextreme measures if they have the capability.

[Elder] - They are probably thinking they are not really hurting anybody.

A. Yes. Ah, I just remembered, they were also doing transfusions. They had thiswhole thing laid out where they were taking people’s blood, not very much, buttaking a little blood.

Q. Was the fight that happened between the two space ships part of your vision ordid it actually happen on the physical plane?A. You are getting into asking questions about planes again that you really don’tunderstand. Actually happened on the physical plane... “Actually happened” hasnothing to do with whether or not it was on the physical plane. The visionwasn’t… that’s what I was trying to explain, its like a cross between a vision and anexperience and I said I can’t explain that very well unless you know or haveexperienced such a thing yourself or you are to that point were you understandwhat I am talking about. It wasn’t a vision in the sense of you are having a dreamor hallucination or something like that, it was an experience that was in a vision. Itwas real, whether it was on the physical plane or not, or by what means Iperceived it.

It’s a Dry Heat(said one skeleton to the other)

The next thing I think I should probably jump to is another related aspect ofthings. Something that is going on in northern Arizona. It’s probably going on in alot of places. Again there’s connections, I think all the inner-Earth tunnels, or I

should say, at least any ones that are functional and accessible and useable, havebeen accessed and are being accessed by combination of government and aliencooperative, I don’t know what you’d call it, alliance. We had some things to takecare of out of the country, and were going to be leaving in a couple of months. Acouple who we knew, invited us to come stay or suggested we come stay on thisranch that they were living on, that was in northern Arizona somewhere, about 20miles, 30 miles from Sedona, in the middle of nowhere. It was off a small highway,off of a three to five mile long dirt road. Very isolated. NO neighbors anywhere.So we took up their offer, and moved into a cabin on the ranch. There wereseveral cabins there and we were occupying two of them. The woman who livedon the ranch with her husband, had told me previously that she was having strangeexperiences out there. Every night she was seeing some kind of lights on hercurtains - of her bedroom - as if there were a whole bunch of boy scouts withflashlights or something and they were just shining the lights erratically all aroundon her curtains. Then one night there was actually a being in her bedroom standingthere, and she woke up. She was trying to wake her husband up, shaking him andyelling at him, yet she couldn’t get him to come to consciousness at all. So weknew that strange things were happening there before we went there.

So, of course, we started having our own experiences of similar kinds whenwe were staying in the cabins. It was like people were outside, shining flashlights orhand held spotlights on the curtains – the light spots were moving all around like asnow flurry. But that wasn’t the only thing that was going on - something wascoming into the house every night. They would wait until we were retiring and hadgone into the bedrooms. But they didn’t wait for us to go to sleep. So we’d be inthe bedroom and all the sudden start hearing noises that sounded like a drunkensailor stumbling around the living room, running into things and making all kinds ofnoise. At first, I decided not to go out there until the noises subsided, in case it wasa dangerous intruder, Belialian assassin, home invading robber, or a local streetgang of mad Gerbils, or Casper being an unfriendly ghost. I just stayed in thebedroom, listening to the racket, and prepared for possible attack. Then after itquieted down, I went out there, no one was there, and the doors and windowswere all locked from the inside. The next day, we set up an infrared alarm system.The same thing happened. The alarm didn’t go off and everything was lockedfrom the inside. I got an ultrasonic alarm, set that up, still didn’t go off. Stillsomething was coming into the house every night and making all this noise. Set upa third one finally, I don’t remember what kind that was, maybe a hard wire systemwith magnetic breakers or such. Same thing. Something was coming into the livingroom and the kitchen area making all kinds of noise, but not triggering ANY of thealarms. One night, another monk and I laid in waiting for them – got ready for thelights to start on the windows, and the noises. When the lights started on thecurtains, I opened them real fast – like a martial arts block - and looked out there.There were like 30 or so very small dark little bodies out in the fields. There was acoral there, and some were in there. As soon as I opened the curtains, they all splitin an animated flash-zoom like in a cartoon or something. They all went and hid

real, real fast behind posts and telephone poles and trees and whatever theycould. Tschheww! – gone! But they were moving and I could see them and I couldsee them running for cover real, real fast. They didn’t just vanish into thin air.Then shortly after that, again noises started up in the living room. I’d given upgoing out there to see what was going on. So we just sat back on the bed, andwaited for it to stop. The door was open to the bedroom as usual, and it was hardto take your eyes off the doorway when such noises were going on just a few feetaway. And this time, watching the doorway paid off. A long scraggly black fingerstarted slowly creeping around the door jam… very slowly. It was shaped just likeET’s fingers from the movie. It was very long and thin except it was black- notGrey. At that point I reached for a gun. We’d had enough of these games anduninvited home invasion harassment. But as soon as I grabbed it, the fingerretracted very quickly. Now why something that can go through locked doors andwalls and windows would be afraid of a bullet, I don’t know. But it sure seemed tobe. At first thought, it didn’t make much sense. But maybe there are timerestraints to it… that time dimensional aspect we were speaking of before. Maybeit takes time, or preparation to go through a wall or window, that it can’t take witha bullet. It takes time or they must take the time to concentrate and move throughit at a certain speed, I don’t know. Or it can’t handle the speed of a bullet. I couldsee that as being theoretically possible, but it definitely did react to the threat ofbeing shot.

Some people might say “Hey, maybe it just wanted to communicate withyou”. Well, to that I say that nothing else about what was happening, and hadbeen happening night after night, fit such a scenario. And it didn’t feel right, didn’tfeel good. My inner voice alarms had been going off the whole time, and I learneda long time ago that my inner voice never fails me. Q. It seems like they don’t want to be seen at any cost.A. Yeah, exactly. Except when they want you to see them. Or where there is someaberration in consciousness like somebody is not totally unconscious. Again, ifyou’re talking about different species, different ones have different techniques fordoing that. A lot of abduction experiences you hear about, there is paralysis, butthey are totally conscious the whole time. I haven’t had any experiences like that.I’ve had psychic attacks like that, but not with the particular alien phenomenon I’vehad.

Q. Don’t they have something where they can erase your memory?

A. I don’t think erase memory, but put blocks in. Q. So you may have been paralyzed and conscious and hadthat happen, but you don’t remember it?A. Yes, but why would so many other people have that? My meditation trainingand personal changes gave me the ability at least to personally access my

subconscious mind. I don’t have anything in there that is blocked or anything likethat. It is being done in some other way that doesn’t involve that.

Another thing that was happening on the ranch, was that whenever you laiddown on a bed and you put your head on a mat or pillow, you’d hear undergroundmachinery. And again, this is in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of nowherein the middle of nowhere in the middle of nowhere, about as isolated as you couldget in Arizona. There were the sounds of an industrial complex, a huge factory orsomething like that going on underneath the ground. Heavy, deep metallicconstruction and machinery-like noises.

Sand TrapsThere were also other strange things going on in the general area of

northern Arizona. We were making frequent trips into Phoenix at the time andwere sometimes driving on desert off-roads and short cuts that we knew of. Oneday we started noticing a “circle” carved into the desert here and there. Theyweren’t really like “crop circles”. Besides there not being any crops or vegetationother than bushes, they didn’t have the fancy geometric designs that crop circleshave become known for. They were just perfect circles, impressions in the sandwith a little dirt wall a few inches high around them – and completely devoid ofdesert vegetation or rocks. They were really, really perfect… perfectly round, but itwas just dirt. Yet the dirt that was inside them was so smoothed out, if it had beenice it would have been a perfect ice-skating rink. And there were no marks leadingup to them – no bulldozer or heavy equipment tracks of any kind. Sometimesthese circles would be in the same location for a week, sometimes less than a day.For instance, we’d come back form Phoenix and it wouldn’t be there, or it wouldlast for a week or two weeks, then it would be gone and there would be a new onesomewhere else or several of them somewhere else. One of the times on the wayto Phoenix we decided there was one close enough to the road to check out a littlemore. This was off a paved road, although a very little used paved road. We hadan off-road vehicle, and the time, so we drove out into the desert to take a look atit up close. As we approached it, the radar detector went off and it just went crazy.It made noises I’d never heard the thing make before, and never have heard again.It would make a different sound depending on what band of radar it was pickingup, but it had picked up all of them before, and again, it just didn’t ever make suchradical sounds - it was just totally freaking out and sounding like someone wasstrangling a parrot or something, and putting it on a loudspeaker. So we just drovearound it once, and decided to leave right away because of what the radar detectorwas doing. That’s when we noticed the lack of tracks leading up to it. Our vehiclewas leaving tracks, let alone the kind of construction equipment that would’ve beenrequired to make something like that circle. We came back out on the paved roadand turned on to it. This all took place in maybe one minute of time. We starteddriving again, heading toward the freeway to go to Phoenix. All of the sudden thispolice car came tearing over the hill on this road, at top speed, with its lights on

and siren going. It was moving really fast, and passed us in a flash. As soon as hepassed us, he turned his lights and sirens off and slowed down to normal. So wesurmised from that, that there was some kind of alert system, some kind of systemaround that circle that somehow tied into this local sheriff or whoever it was thatwas ripping over the hill. Once he saw that we weren’t at the circle anymore, theyjust slowed down and turned off their lights. They didn’t turn around or follow usthough. But then about 10 minutes later, we got on to the freeway (I-17), and theradar detector started doing the same thing. It lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Wewere still pretty much out there in the desert. And the detector never ever everever made those sounds again.

Knock KnockWe also had a “men in black” incident on the driveway to this ranch that we

were staying on, but that’s a whole other story and I don’t think we’ll get into that.But this was long before I’d ever heard anything about men in black or to myknowledge had there been any information about it in the media or with the UFOpeople. I’m sure some avid UFOlogists were hip to it though, we weren’t reallyinvolved in that scene, so it could have easily escaped us – but at least, it wasn’t ona public level like it is now. We did meet somebody in Sedona that who ran a storethere, who had some photographs of UFOs and other things up on his wall, thatwere kind of bizarre. We asked about them, and he said he’d been a high levelgovernment official in the Eisenhower administration, and there had been a dealmade after the Roswell incident or something, between the government and aliens.As far as what the deal involved other than getting technology, I don’t know. Buthe told us of an interesting (to say the least) place out in the woods, perhaps 5miles outside of Sedona. It was another access point. We were going on a naturehike anyway, so we went out there to get a close look at the same time. We werewalking along, noticing all the “man-made” type of rocks and geology that is soprevalent in the Sedona area (Sedona is old ruins, it used to be a seacoast townduring the intercultural times of Atlantis and other races. It was also a resort.There were once all kinds of monuments and temples, things like Sphinxes andlizard monuments - all kinds of different shaped monuments around there). Thisone area we went to was so obviously ruins. The rocks were not just rocks, theywere part of huge buildings that were assembled at one time. You could see wherethings were carefully honed and placed together. So we’re walking along, and allof a sudden, there was a huge hole, right where he said it would be. I’ll get back tothat in a moment, but first let me mention that we’ve been there many times since,and this is one of places where people have heard “knocking sounds” coming fromunderneath the rock slabs we were walking on, while we were telling the stories ofthe Lemurians and the prophecies about their genetic descendants breaking outfrom the inner-Earth tunnels and attacking the human race. This was the first time.While we were talking about it, the knocking started up from underneath the rocks– make what you will of it. But anyway, back to the huge hole. It was circular, and

deep, essentially surrounded by a circle of cliffs. It was about 50 feet deep, and itwould require mountain climbing equipment to get down into it. In the middle of itthere was a, what would you call that… a big pipe, like sewer pipe, (Q. somebodysaid culvert) yeah like a culvert, but it wasn’t going horizontally like you’d normallyrun a culvert, it was vertical, it was stuck down into the ground, going into theearth at the bottom of this hole. A little bit of it was sticking out - maybe a foot,and someone had obviously tried to have it covered up with a big slab of this redrock. But the rock was partly moved aside, so you could see the culvert, and aladder. We threw some rocks down in it, and the rocks kept going clink clink clinkclink clink clink clink, it was VERY deep or had what most people would call abottomless pit. We couldn’t hear an end to the rocks falling. So obviouslysomebody, in combination with the knocking and our conversation, could hear ourconversation, or sense it psychically, and was having fun with us, trying to scare usoff, or let us know that “yes indeed we’re here and we are going to be coming outat some point.” Somebody else had been accessing it and that culvert kind ofindicated human access. It was a standard culvert type pipe and would haverequired human access and equipment that was good enough to drive that reallydeeply underground in virtually solid rock. Also the way this hole was you’d have tobe nuts to try and go in there, because it was falling apart, it was like a sink hole ina way and the cliffs of it were collapsing and you’d be risking death to try and getin there on ropes. That and a few other incidences indicate there are some majorunderground projects going on in the entirety of northern Arizona - there is awhole lot going on underground there, and perhaps elsewhere in the state. Andthen of course you had those mass sightings in Phoenix, what was that- a coupleyears ago… has it been that long? There were massive sightings in Arizona thatthey eventually just said were flares, but you know it was one of those things, likeRoswell - a weather balloon? People kept saying, “Weather balloon or not, whatabout the bodies?” And they finally said, “Oh those were crash dummies.” I guessthat is before the crash dummies got famous and were promoted to beingpassengers in minivans that were being crashed into walls. Before that, they usedthem in weather balloons to see what would happen when people fall out of aweather balloon. Sure, that makes sense. Not.

Need for a “UFO Crossing” SignTo finish up on Arizona, I think there is one more story to talk about. This

was on a highly un-traveled road in the desert, north of I-10. It was kind of analternate route between California and Arizona. It was at night, it wasn’t that late,but, we were driving along this road and… this UFO just came out of nowhere,bzzzzziiiiipppp right across us, cut right across the front of us as we were driving onthis road and was heading right for Phoenix. We turned around and looked back,but pretty much by the time we turned around and looked back, it was overPhoenix and probably passed it right by and no one even saw it. We really don’tknow how close it was to us because of perspective – it would depend on the size

of the craft. But it seemed really close, it seemed as if someone had flown modelairplane a couple of feet from our windshield. Then within maybe 10 seconds orso, there were perhaps a dozen jet fighters going right after it. I guess they wereF16 or F15’s (whatever has the dual engines) and they were flying something like20 feet over the desert floor in pursuit of this thing. They went right over us. Itseemed they were going as fast as they could, yet they were falling waaayyyybehind.

Wiley CoyoteBefore I forget, there was a cute unrelated incident in California, again,

north of I-10 out in the desert. I think it’s called Joshua tree national forest ornational park. It was daytime, and there was a bright UFO meandering along,crossing the sky in front of our car – seemingly way off in the distance though, andseemingly quite high. Then all of a sudden, a lone coyote walked out of the desert,and onto the road. It just stood in the road, in our lane, looking at us. We pulledup to it and stopped. It didn’t even flinch. But it looked confused. It seemed like,and felt like, it wanted to connect. It wanted a relationship with us. But it didn’tknow why. It kept changing expressions from that of a pet that wanted to beaffectionate and be petted, to that of a coyote thinking to itself “What the heck amI doing!”. Then it walked around to passenger side, checked everyone out, thenthe driver’s side, where it stayed for quite awhile, doing its that thing it was doing.Then it noticed a car approaching way in the distance behind us, and took off backinto the dessert from where it came.

Mexico & Real Illegal AliensI guess we could go to the Mexico incidences now. Mexico, from what I

hear, is having many more UFO incidences than most places lately. People areeven seeing them in Mexico City. At the time, we were on a yacht, off theCaribbean coast of the southern end of Mexico. We were having a lot of “visitors”,shall we say, on the yacht. It seems even more strange for some reason, to havethe night visitors when you’re on a yacht – you know, seeing little ETs comingdown the hall way into your cabin out in the middle of the ocean? At some pointthough, we returned to land, and rented a place on the coast near Cancun. It hadan angled view of the ocean and the coast of the city at the same time. One day Iwas looking out… this was in the middle of the day… and there was this huge cigarshaped craft just sitting out there right off the coast of Cancun. But no one else wetalked to saw it. I couldn’t believe there was nothing in the papers about it, theredidn’t seem to be anybody talking about it or any indication that it was ever there.It was only there for about 5 minutes, but still, the population is so great and mostpeople are focused on the beach & water there, that it seemed like a lot of peopleshould have seen it. So I guess it had some kind of selective camouflage capability,or I’ve lost it. This was years after the Florida incidences by the way.

Does a Bear ____ in the Woods?Speaking of Florida, there is one thing that I should probably say about Gulf

Breeze, Florida, because that’s very popular with Ufologists. You can pretty muchgo there any night and see things. But there are three, I think, military bases thattake up a huge amount of land around there and I think much, probably most, ofwhat’s going on as far as Gulf Breeze sightings, is the testing of new craft, ofgovernment craft, experimental craft, maybe hybrid craft.

One day, we were driving in that area, and someone needed to pull off intothe woods for a “does a bear ---- in the woods” stop. We were on one of the littleoff roads in that area, and it wasn’t an area that was part of one of the bases. Sowe pulled off on a little dirt trail. But even though it wasn’t one of the bases,something must have been going on there. Because shortly after driving off theroad, we almost ran into military guards that were very intent on their duty. Theywere standing at attention, and were very no-nonsense in their indication that weshould turn around immediately and leave. No explanations - no nothing. Just, getout of here. I have heard a number of stories of different people who have beendriving on these little roads in that area, and a couple of other isolated areas ofFlorida, that have had close incidences with UFO’s - some ended up with radiationburns.

UFO’s Love Independence DayFourth of July 1999. This was northern New Mexico and I was with many

other monks and friends going to have a get together. They were going to havemajor fireworks in the middle of nowhere, in a very remote area where it was legal.We drove many miles off the road on a jeep trail. After it got dark, they shot offthe aerial type fireworks. All the sudden, after the grand finale, somebody noticed aUFO off in the distance. Then there was suddenly dozens of them, flashing - it wasalmost like they were doing a light show for us in response to the fireworks showwe’d done for them. There were maybe 50 or so, and they were all flashing atdifferent times – it was very much like a UFO fireworks display. They were verybright, but apparently, were off in the middle of nowhere even further than wewere. There was nothing else out there, no towns, nothing.

[monk]: As I recall there were some on each side. That way there were some[pointing off] and that way there were some.[Elder monk]: They just stayed around. They didn’t do the usual “come and thengone”. They were there for a while. This lasted for about half an hour to 45minutes. Do you think that those were light beings? That kind of UFO’s?A. Yes. There was a feeling of rapport too. It was like they were saying, “Hi, we

enjoyed your fireworks and here’s some for you.” It was nice.
