가능하다.

작동원리

지르코니아 물질은 고온에서 고체 전해질처럼 작용하여, 2

개의 전극에 산소 분압의 차이가 발생하면 기전력을 발생

시키는 특성을 이용한 원리로 Nernst의 공식에 의해 출력

(mV)이 계산된다. E=RT/nF(Lg P02’ /P02")

8864 모델의 산소 측정기는 샘플링 시스템으로 이미 가스

측정을 하고 있을 때나 In-situ 측정이 용이치 않을 때 사용

될 수 있다. 연소 가스의 분석을 위해 디자인된 Zirconium

Oxide 추출 형태 장비로서, 8864 모델은 일반용과 방폭용

하우징으로 공급될 수 있으며 하우징은 열악한 공정 상태

하에서도 정확한 측정을 가능케하는, 견고하게 만들어진

알루미늄 구조이다.

8864 모델은 Reference air flow 가 필요치 않은 특별한

Zirconium 산소 측정 센서의 특징을 갖는다. 이 장비는 부

식이 크게 발생하는 곳에 사용 할 수 있게 디자인 되었다.

측정기 안에 포함되고 바로 센서와 연결되는 전기 회로는

주문 사양에 표시된 선택영역에 따라 직접 대수 신호 또는

선형 4-20mA 신호를 공급한다. 만일 모니터 M701 과 결합

Description
