Hospitality & Networking EventSpecial Gala Dinner at The Bath Club Tuesday, September 11 6:15 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We will celebrate your visit to South Florida at one of the area’s famed locations – The Bath Club. Built in 1926, The Bath Club has been at the heart of Miami Beach’s social scene for many years. It has hosted countless dignitaries, celebrities and several U.S. presidents. Restored to its grandeur, it will serve as the perfect back drop for this year’s Gala Dinner, including cocktails. After a full day of conference activities, take advantage of the private beach and billiard room to relax and enjoy the company of your peers.

Keynote SpeakerNarendra Laljani, Director, Ashridge Business School

Narendra Laljani is a director at Ashridge Business School, a leading international business school in the UK, where he teaches, researches and consults on business strategy. At Ashridge, he leads Qualification Programs and the Leading Strategy and Change faculty group. He is also on the faculty

for the consulting firm, Change Logic, which specializes in enabling organizations to respond successfully to disruptions in their market place.

Dr. Laljani’s main interests and expertise include strategic change, the strategic process, innovative growth strategies and the challenges of building market-focused organizations. He works with senior managers and directors across a range of international organizations and industries. Dr. Laljani has worked with many companies such as Carnegie Mellon Bank, Lafarge, Smith & Nephew and Unilever on consulting and executive education projects.

He received his Doctor of Business Administration from Cranfield University and has degrees in economics and management. Prior to joining Ashridge, Dr. Laljani worked with the chemical multinational ICI for 15 years in a variety of capacities.
