Board of Directors ERMC has successfully completed a large number of development projects in Nepal since its inception in the year 1986 A.D. At present, ERMC is the largest multidisciplinary consulting firm in Nepal and the only ISO Certified Nepalese consulting firm working in different countries of Asia and Africa. The Main field of activities of our firm is planning, feasibility studies, survey, design, supervision and management of the projects within all fields of social, environmental, physical engineering and related sciences. The main sectors we work in are Transportation, Hydropower/Energy, Water Supply and Sanitation, Urban Development, Irrigation & Agriculture, Water Resources Planning and Development, GIS Mapping, Project Management, Capacity Building and Training. From the outset, our primary concern has always been to render professional services of the highest quality to our clients who include donors, governments, semi-governments, and private enterprises.

ERMC has successfully implemented numerous donor funded projects in the Asian and African countries since a long time and has been able to the gain highest level of client satisfaction. The interests of our Clients are of paramount importance in every project we undertake. BackgroundEstablished in 1986 A.D, Environment and Resource Management Consultant (ERMC) (P.) Ltd. is one of Nepal’s leading multidisciplinary consulting firms providing a wide range of services across diverse sectors. ERMC is the only ISO Certified Nepalese multidisciplinary consulting firm working in different countries of Asia and Africa.

The main field of activities of our firm is planning, feasibility studies, survey, design, supervision and management of the projects within all fields of social, environmental and physical engineering and related sciences. From the outset, our primary concern has always been to render professional services of the highest quality to our clients who include donors, governments, semi-governments, and private enterprises.

ERMC has provided consultancy services to most of the government departments and agencies of Government of Nepal. ERMC has experience of working in all 77 districts of Nepal covering the Mountain, Hill and the Terai region. ERMC has successfully worked in other countries such as Uganda, Armenia and Bhutan. The most noteworthy is providing services to the various agencies engaged in the fields of water resources development, urban and rural water supply and sanitation, transportation and urban development, irrigation and agricultural, environmental and social studies, rural development, hydropower and energy.

ERMC carries out planning, feasibility studies, environmental and socio-economic studies, design and construction supervision of projects related to Water Resource Development and Control, River Basin Planning, Flood Control and Mitigation, Climate Change Adaptation, Multipurpose Dams, Small Sized Dams, Tube Well Development and Irrigation Canals. Advanced College of Engineering and Management (Affiliated with Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University): With the vision to establish world class academic institution Advanced College of Engineering and Management (ACEM) was established on 2000 under the affiliation of Tribhuvan University. ACEM has been offering BE level academic program on Civil and Computer since 2000, Electronics and Communication since 2001 and Electrical since 2008.

ERMC Geotechnical Services Pvt. Ltd. which was established in 2012, has provided Geological and Geotechnical Investigation including Drillings, Soil Sampling, Geological Mapping, Geophysicist Survey to most of the government departments and corporate agencies of Government of Nepal. The most of noteworthy of services it has provided are to the various agencies engaged in the fields of Irrigation, Hydropower, Bridges and Roads.
