• Coaches are selected in collaboration with you to match your unique business needs

The Growth Assessment
• Initial telephone discussion – is the scheme right for your business?
• Completion of interactive assessment tool GROWTHmapper
• Small amount of financial information is collected by Growth Manager
• Face to face meeting with Growth Manager to discuss the GROWTHmapper results and agree the core themes of the Growth Coaching Project
• Scope of Support document drafted (specifying the growth coaching project) contracts are signed, the growth coach is introduced and work commences
• The Growth Manager is your dedicated point of contact throughout
