About Milton EricksonThe Solution Focused Counselling approach grew from a study of the most successful American therapists and leaders. Legends in their own time, they included Milton Erickson, after whom the College is named. It is widely acknowledged that those outside of a culture often make the most valuable observations and discern distinctions that do not occur to insiders. In many ways, the extremely brilliant and unusual Dr. Erickson was an outsider in his own culture, making a life of insightfully inquiring into the nature of disease, perception and healing. Color blind, tone deaf, and with unusual muscle control abilities, he was known to have extraordinary powers of observation. His therapeutic successes made him a legend in his own time.

The Art & Science of Coaching: Modules I - V (ACTP) (128 CCEU, 128 hours)

Throughout The Art & Science of Coaching, participants develop a foundation in theory and practices of Solution-Focused Coaching. Discover how to help others to realize their higher potential and to take action that aligns with their vision.

The Art & Science of Coaching is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP)* from one of the most recognized institutions in the world. Whether you are a leader in an organization looking to benefit professionally from proven techniques, or an individual looking for a career in personal or corporate coaching, this International Coach Federation (ICF) program will get you started.

Module V, the final module of The Art & Science of Coaching is a professional review of Modules I – IV designed to ensure that your coaching meets the standards of the ICF. With successful completion of Module V, participants will be able to confidently apply directly to the ICF for their internationally recognized Associated Certified Coach (ACC) title. Students can then continue to work towards Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) titles by acquiring required coaching hours.

*Modules I – IV of The Art and Science of Coaching are recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a program supplying a total of 128 Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). Module V supplies 24 additional hours of coach specific training as well as mentorship. Note: Completion of Modules I – IV of The Art & Science of Coaching fulfills ACSTH requirements only; Module V is required to complete the ACTP.

Workplace Coaching (56 hours)

Designed for the time-conscious individual or organization, this program takes integral aspects of The Art & Science of Coaching and applies a workplace leadership focus. Participants will learn how to partner and collaborate with team members rather than directing and controlling them, to help build a collective sense of responsibility for results and relationships.

Manager as Coach (24 hours)

This course provides both Managers and Executives with the tools to effectively blend coaching techniques with individual management styles, enabling employees to realize their full potential to meet and exceed the expectations of the business.

High Performance Team Coaching (24 hours)

Coaching Teams has helped team and project managers throughout the world apply our specific value-based tools to enhance innovation and strategic thinking. This course examines and defines the structure and principles within the team dynamic to effect clear, consistent, and measurable outcomes. Shifting team members from competitiveness to mutual trust and respect is paramount to successful completion of business goals. You will be surprised at the difference a 24-hour investment can make to your team’s efficiency, relationship, and performance!

NLP Practitioner (84 CCEU, 56 hours)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the systemic study of human communication and how we create our reality. Learn how to live up to your own potential and discover states of excellence as you gain rich and valuable insights into the limitless possibilities available in the communication processes of NLP.

NLP Master Practitioner (96 hours)

True Master Practitioners are masters of language and behavior, and NLP is based upon the perception that an underlying structural integrity and order exists at the deepest level of human experience, and that this integrity manifests in the form, structures, processes, and contents of our actions, relationships, abilities and effective learning.

Creating Transformational Metaphors (22 CCEU, 32 hours)

Both coaches and coach trainers benefit from the tools and examples needed to be able to create and develop customized metaphors unique to their clients. Creating personal metaphors allows clients to align with their deepest values, enriching their ability to identify solutions and effectively cut through their limiting patterns.

Light of The Enneagram (24 hours)

The Light of the Enneagram is a moving system that will enable learners to discover a doorway to transformation. By exploring nine distinct strategies for relating to others, to self, and to the world, participants will create a quick, effective system to revision life and renew relationships.

The Trainer’s Training: Standing in Contribution (56 CCEU, 56 hours)

This program gives ample opportunity to design, organize and model coach training using unique formats that promote and encourage transformational development. This is an interactive course with a specific focus on Transformational Thinking. Students explore how to create trust in Unity Consciousness, which includes understanding how to align with others in such a way that people recognize and respond to the deep core of their own inner truth, while eliminating “fear” conversations and controversies that stop exploration and development.

Advanced Trainers Training (32 hours)

This course is one that makes the difference between being a linear content focused trainer and one who powerfully advances the skills of all participants and assists them towards transformational change. This course is only offered to practiced trainers.

Advance of the Spirit (25 CCEU, 32 hours)

This program is designed to take inner self discovery to a whole new level and leads to a profound new awareness of one’s purpose and aims through four powerful Alignment processes. This course is beneficial for both coaches and their clients.

4D Team Development (32 hours)

Erickson introduces the fastest, most effective and least intrusive team development system available in the world today. It is proven to exponentially increase safety, reliability and trust among team members. Its unique methodology demands negligible time and produces immediate returns in terms of enhanced respect and trust between team members, while reducing risk to project outcomes.

Corporate Mindfulness (16 hours)

This innovative program meets the demands of the corporate workplace by integrating mindfulness into everyday interactions to achieve greater clarity in purpose, direction and action. Developing Heart: The Human Journey (21 CCEU, 24 hours)

This three day program is designed for widening the space of self knowledge and inner freedom. This program is unique. It is designed for persons who are interested in inner exploration, and it quickly moves them to discover significant doorways into transformational self-coaching.

Four Quadrant Quantum Thinking (34.5 CCEU, 32 hours)

This program will move you to the next stage of understanding the mind and experiencing the universe. Principles of quantum physics, combined with four quadrant thinking, provide a framework for a new level of decision-making, planning, systemic self-development and transformational coaching.

Coaching Powerful Negotiations (24 hours)

This three-day course helps organizational negotiators build mastery in their skills by enabling participants to lead successful negotiations with proven Solution-Focused and Outcome Oriented coaching skills and NLP technologies.

Family Coaching 1 (20 CCEU, 24 hours)

Family coaching is a vital and expanding field, and this course upgrades Solution-Focused Coaching skills to assist families in the creation of a “family-self” framework. Families can continue to use this framework on their own to develop positive listening, questioning, and goal achievement skills.

Family Coaching 2 (24 hours)

A continuation of the Family Coaching 1 program.
