Three overarching themes to be met in 5G Field lab Amsterdam ZO
Experience
Mobility
Safety UEFA safety requirement is highly intrusive for visitors partly ineffective and expensive if the perimeter is implemented
(only) in a physical way1
10-30% of people buy ticket but are late or miss out (NPS) >90% of people only attend the event, not the area (ARPU)
Majority of people arrive by car (NPS) and obstruct people work & living in the area
28
Experience case: Improve stickiness of the area by distribution of
content Creating value by extending DRM & content delivery in the area and to customers
29
First target – creating digital ecosystem in A’dam ZO Digital security intended to be as safe and less intrusive
Stickiness and experience should be improved by distributing v ideo content of event
Improve stickiness (ARPU)
Digital perimeter (UEFA Req.))
Improve experience (NPS)
People (late) with ticket can watch anywhere
