No consideramos la resistencia de 0.1 K, que funcionaba como potenciómetro unido con 4.7 K, ya que solo iba a variar entre 4.7 K y 4.8 K
En la figura:
VB=0V, entonces IB=0A
En la malla:
1K*IB + VBE + 0.22K*(IE/2) + 4.7K*IE = 12V0 + 0.7V + 0.11K*IE + 4.7K*IE = 12VIE = 2.35 mAEntonces:
IC = IE/2IC = 2.35 mA / 2IC = 1.175 mA
Se sabe que:
VBE = VB – VE
Pero: VB=0VBE = 0 – VE =0.7 VVE = -0.7 V
VC = 12 V - IC*7.5 KVC = 12 V - 1.175 mA*7.5 KVC = 3.1875 V

VCE = VC - VEVCE = 3.1875 V - (-0.7 V)VCE = 3.8875 V
Para Fig. 1-b:El potenciómetro variará de 0 K hasta 10 K, por lo que consideraremos una resistencia que tome el valor máximo del potenciómetro, para nuestro caso, 10 K
El anterior circuito puede representarse de la siguiente forma:
Por divisor de tensión:
VB = 4.7 K*(-12 V) / (4.7 K + 10 K)VB = -3.84 V
VBE = VB – VE0.7 V = -3.84 V - VEVE = -3.84 V - 0.7 VVE = -4.54 V
![Page 5: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
VE = IE*3.9 K – 12 V-4.54 V = IE*3.9 K -12 VIE = (-4.54 V + 12 V) / 3.9 KIE = 1.91 mA
IC = IE / 2IC = 1.91 mA / 2IC = 955 uA
Para Fig. 1-a y Fig. 1-b, implementadas:
![Page 6: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
IE = 1.91 mAIC = 955 uA
Del circuito:
VB = 0VBE = VB – VE0.7 V = 0 – VEVE = -0.7 V
VC = 12 V – 7.5 K*(IE/2)VC = 12 V – 7.5 K*(1.91 mA / 2)VC = 4.8375 V
VCE = VC – VEVCE = 4.8375 V – (-0.7 V)VCE = 5.5375 V
2. Considerando que V1 y V2 son dos señales de la misma magnitud pero desfasadas una con respecto a la otra 180º, encontrar (Fig. 1-a y Fig. 1-b):Ad, Ac, Vo, Zi, Zo.
Doble Terminal (AD):
Teóricamente:
V1 ViVo -V1-Vi
![Page 7: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
Del circuito:
Vi = V1 * 1K/(1K + 10K)Vi = V1/11V1 = 11 * Vi
Sabemos:
IE = (1+β)*IB
hie = βre
Desarrollando:Vi = hie*IB + 0.22*(1+β)*IB + 0.22*(1+β)*IB +hie*IB –Vi2Vi = 2(hie*IB + 0.22*(1+ β)*IB)Si β es demasiadamente grande, entonces:(1+ β) = β2Vi = 2(β *re*IB + 0.22*β*IB)Vi = (re + 0.22 K)* β*IB
Como V1 = 11*Vi, entonces:
V1 = 11 * ((re + 0.22 K)* β*IB)
Para:Ad = Vo / Vd
Donde:Vo = 7.5 K * β * IB
Vd = V1 – (-V1)Vd = 2*V1
Reemplazando:
Ad = (7.5 K * β * IB) / (2*11((re + 0.22 K)* β*IB))Ad = RC / (22*(re + 0.22 K))
![Page 8: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Para Fig. 1-a:RC = 7.5 Kre = 26 mV / 1.175 mAre = 22.128 Ω = 0.022128 KAd = 1.407
Para Fig. 1-b:RC = 7.5 Kre = 26 mV / 0.955 mAre = 27.23 Ω = 0.02723 KAd = 1.379

AD = Vo / Vd
Donde:Vd = V1 – V2Vd = 1V – (-1V)Vd = 2 VReemplazando:AD = 2.243 V / 2 VAD = 1.1215

AD = Vo / Vd
Donde:Vd = V1 – V2Vd = 12mV – (-12mV)Vd = 24 mVReemplazando:AD = 25.76 mV / 24 mVAD = 1.073

AC = Vo / V1Donde:V1 = 1.5 VVo = 104.0 mV = 0.104 VAC = 0.104 V / 1.5 VAC = 0.0693
Fig. 1-a y 1-b
AC = Vo / V1
![Page 12: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/12.jpg)
Donde:V1 = 1.5 VVo = 53.44 uV = 0.05344 VAC = 0.05344 V / 1.5 VAC = 0.03563
3. Qué ventajas se obtiene al utilizar una fuente de corriente en lugar de la Resistencia de emisor (Fig. 1-b).
La fuente de Corriente, proporciona mayor estabilidad en el momento del flujo de corriente, ya que contiene en su estructura circuital, componentes que de alguna manera mejoran el rendimiento de esa fuente, a diferencia del uso de una sola resistencia.
4. Implementar el circuito de la Fig. 1-a
Experimentalmente:
![Page 13: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
Tenemos:
VC = 3.229 VVE = -660.7 mV
VCE = VC – VEVCE = 3.229 V-(- 0.6607 V)VCE = 3.8897 V
VCE teórico = 3.8875 V………………………….valores aprox. Iguales.
![Page 14: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/14.jpg)
Tenemos:
IC = 1.167 mA
IC teórico = 1.175 mA…………………………………….valores aprox. Iguales.
5. Aplicar señal hasta obtener la máxima señal de salida sin distorsión (f=2Khz.)Probamos con una señal de 12 V:
Observamos que tiene ciertas deformaciones; probamos con 5 V:
![Page 15: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/15.jpg)
Sigue teniendo las mismas deformaciones aunque menos notorio. Probamos con una señal de 2 V:
Al parecer, la curva va tomando forma, entonces escogemos una señal de 1.5 V, para asegurar la forma de la curva:
![Page 16: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)
Para obtener esta señal, se trabajo con los siguientes datos:
V1 = 1.5 VV2 = 1 V
![Page 17: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/17.jpg)
AMPLIFICADOR OPERACIONAL
Procedimiento:
1. Implemente los siguientes circuitos:
Fig. 2-a Fig. 2-b
2. Para Vcc=12 V y Vi = 1V Sen(t), calcular Vo para (Fig. 2-a y Fig. 2-b), RA = 1K
Teóricamente:
Para este caso tenemos:V1 = 1V*Sen (t)Con esto podemos decir que V1 es un voltaje alterno de entrada, y que esa señal de 1V*Sen (t) alcanza su punto más alto cuando Sen (t) =1, entonces t=π/2.

Y resulta lógica la anterior afirmación, ya que la función sen (t) va a tener como dominio [-1,1]Si reemplazamos los valores limites de Sen (t), tenemos:
Vmax = 1V *(1)Vmax = 1V
Vmin = 1V*(-1)Vmin = -1V
Por lo tanto, nosotros consideramos:V1 = 1V

IV. OBSERVACIONES Cuando nos pidan obtener el voltaje de salida en un OPAMP, tenemos que
verificar siempre su voltaje de entrada, ya que su mal interpretación conlleva al error en los cálculos.
Siempre hacer las mediciones correctamente, usando el software WorkBench.
![Page 32: AMPLIFICADOR DIFERENCIAL Y OPERACIONAL](https://reader035.vdocuments.site/reader035/viewer/2022081420/55293db4550346af2e8b46ea/html5/thumbnails/32.jpg)
Comprobar dichas mediciones, cuando sea posible, con los valores teóricos encontrados.
