• Non-formal education

Challenges

— gap in the dialogue between government and civil society institutes. Lack of feed-back

- Unrepresentativeness of youth organizations (low coverage, less then 0,5%)

— poor quality of projects submitted for the state grants. The real needs of youth are not taken into consideration

Programmes1. Concept of the National Programme of Youth

Development for 2016-2020 drafted;

2. State Programme «Youth worker» initiated;

3. The contest of projects reviewed and restructured;

4. Modern and efficient legal acts for non-formal education drafted;

5. International cooperation with strengthened: EU, UN system and donor agencies are relevant stakeholders;

6. The programme for «EU best practice sharing» has been intensified
