What Whitehall Provides

• Qualified instructors

• 3 man tents

• Walking boots

• Waterproof trousers and coats

• Mini bus

• All equipment for activities

• Some sleeping mats / some sleeping bags

• Ruck sacks

What the school will provide

• Transport there and back

• Use of a car in case of emergencies

• All food, drink and snacks (apart from Monday lunch time)

• All the evening activities

Small amount of money (no more than £5.00 for ice creams etc) No suitcases – large holdall or soft bag which the children can carry themselves Day back pack for sandwiches etc (must have two straps to go on their backs) All items need to be named – the children will be responsible for all their belongings.

 Waterproof trousers and jackets will be provided by Whitehall. No electronic devices – phones, cameras, IPOD etc
