EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Ronco Consulting Corporation ( hereinafter "Ronco"or employer) offers an employment to Goran Jalal Abdulwahed (hereinafter employee ) under the following terms and conditions 1.Position. You will fill the position of Trainer 2.Term. Your employment will be effective 01 January 2004 and will terminate on or about 31 December 2004 . The term of this agreement may be extended by mutual consent of both parties. 3.Probationary Period : you will be under a probationary period of 90 days . If during this period. your performance is not satisfactory , this contract will automatically end . 4.Compensation: The total monthly salary will be US $ 300 5.Work Period: You are required to work a 6 day schedule Saturday through Thursday Duty hours are as prescribed by your immediate supervisor. 6.Leave You will be allowed to coordinate any family emergency or sick leave days that you might need with your supervisor as long as the request is reasonable .Up to three leave or sick days will be Jal paid days. 7.Resignation – Termination. Resignation befor the expiration date of this contract should be by submitting a written letterof resignation one week prior to the effective date of resignation. The employer will give you one-week notice in the event your employment is terminated prior to the epiration date. If a one –week notice is not given , you will receive one week pay. Involuntary sparation will result in compensation only for the period worked and not prior to separation. 8.supervision. You will report to Gregg Pulley or his representative. 9. Date. This contract shall become effective when a copy has been agreed upon and signed by you In the presence of designated officer of RONCO.
