WORLD KIDNEY CANCER DAY 2019“WE NEED TO TALK”2019 Campaign Report

OVERVIEW• On 20 June 2019, the International Kidney Cancer Coalition

(IKCC) and its affiliate organizations, Global Sponsors and supporters around the world joined together to mark World Kidney Cancer Day 2019 “ We Need to Talk”.

• This third World Kidney Cancer Day was a success in raising awareness about kidney cancer globally.

• Based on the reports we have received from the affiliates, sponsors, supporters and WKCD campaign reports, we estimate around 3,000,000 impressions combined. This number includes Programmatic Campaign impressions, which exceeded 1,005,000.

OVERVIEW• This reach was magnified by each of the participating affiliates, sponsors

and medical associations to create a significant worldwide presence.

• As a result, over 33,600 visited the WKCD 2019 website and 5,953 people completed the quiz*, with 883 who watched the WKCD ‘Hear the Experts Talk’ video.

• The highlights of WKCD 2019 are the collaborative efforts amongst affiliates, sponsors and supporters, as seen in Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Canada-USA’s “Day of Kidney Cancer Talk” webinar.

• "Day of Kidney Cancer Talk" was a joint collaboration across borders between Kidney Cancer Canada and KCCure in the USA, which featured many expert speakers from both countries and receiving callers from all over the world.

• Working together we are stronger and have a greater impact on the general public, our sponsors and across the globe to improve the awareness of Kidney Cancer.
