Per order a general handling fee of 5 € incl. shipping, will be charged. For online-orders an advanced booking fee of 10 % plus fees will be charged.

Per customer a maximum of 10 tickets per day and discipline may be ordered.

All tickets (except print@home-tickets) are valid for travelling to and from the equestrian stadium in the Soers on the corresponding event day with busses and trains of the AVV (2nd class DB).

Upon request, tickets at reduced prices for pupils and students are available, for the event days from Tuesday until Saturday. Special wheelchair tickets are also available upon request.

Children (until the age of 6) have free entrance to the show grounds, but are not entitled to a seat. Fun, action and professional care is provided for our youngest CHIO-visitors (for children between 4 and 12 years of age) in the CHIO Aachen ROBY CLUB on the show grounds from approx. 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (opening hours subject to change).
