Currently, Workday provides the

ability to manage a worker’s

probation period which includes the

ability to add, edit and extend a

probation period.

There is no way to initiate a review

and track the outcome of a

probation period.

There is no way to initiate or

indicate that a worker should be

terminated as a result of their

performance during a probation

period.

Workday 31 will provide greater

flexibility and additional reporting on

the outcome of a probation period.

• Based on customer feedback, they are not now planning to move the enhancements from Preview into Production.

• The changes currently in Preview will be removed in August.
