Why Rain Sounds Are So Popular

Everyone's body and spirit crave balance but there's

an enemy to this desire to have balance and its title is

stress.. Harmony is the main rule in nature however it

could be significantly put off kilter by stressful

conditions. For example, Spring is a period of

development and robust variety where as, on the

other side of the seasonal cycle, Autumn will be the

precursor to death and decay. Every thing in nature is

in perfect balance, from the ecological food chain

that begins with microorganisms where man devours

the vegetables or meat that are an eventual product of the food chain being eaten by small bugs

to the top of the food chain.

This is the same with all the features that take place in your own bodies. In a pure state, our

bodies and temperament are perfectly balanced. Nevertheless, it is a very rare event for

thousands of people. One of what puts us off-balance is being in a situation of tension. Stress, by

its very title, is a suggest that breaks down and wears down the healthier part of our bodies and

spirits.

That is why it is so important to continually try to reduce the effects of stress and regain an all-

natural harmony within our lives.

The ability of hearing audible, nature sounds is quite soothing to us because it tends to transfer us

to a beautiful place in nature. We are reminded by the pretty sound of chirping birds of nestling

in a sylvan glade surrounded by the light color of green. We could even picture a babbling brook

that serves as a desire quenching feature for the singing birds, if we close our eyes. Additionally,

we will be brought by the crashing sounds of ocean waves beating against the shore into a state

of peace associated with memories of an easy-going trip to the beach. Incredibly, sitting from the

salty shore and hearing the rhythmic pounding of waves puts people into a very relaxed state of

being. It's virtually hypnotic to be in the environment of the seaside and to hear the sound of

crashing waves.

Interestingly, the random sounds of singing and chirping birds and the rhythmic, orderly sounds

of ocean waves are both auditory signals that creates a state of deep rest generally in most

people.

Because of this fundamental and very natural theory, listening to the sounds of nature is just a

powerful method to overcome the effects of pressure. It will maybe not be a shock that natural

sounds do reduce the feelings of stress generally in most people.
