Application

• Receipt of Resume and Scrutiny of Resume. SOP & Application

• Acknowledgement of receipt of document (Resume, SOP and application)

Profile evaluation

• Send to WHRB advisory for profile evaluation based on number of years of experience, quality of work done, educational qualificaiton, special assignements taken etc...

• Weightage on assessment - 50%

Psychometric test

• Psychometric test for the candidates whom the WHRB advisory board recommends based on the profile evaluation

• Weightage on assessment - 10%

Interview

• Based on the cumulative scores of the profile evaluation and psychometric test interview will be conducted. The interview will betaken by WHRB Advisory Board.

• Weightage on assessment - 40%

Declaration of Result & scholarship

• After all the three rounds are finished. WHRB advisory board will declare the result of candidates who are selected to the course along with our prestigious scholarships
