Portal Administrator, American Airlines Credit Union

Carlos Galvan

Carlos Galvan is the Employee Portal Administrator for American Airlines Credit Union, a position he earned after the successful implementation of the Passageways portal in 2010 while working there as a Training Coordinator. Carlos has a BS degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico – where he grew up. He joined American Airlines in 1996 and worked for the carrier in various areas including Reservations, Customer Relations and Training & Communications.

Data Operator, Farmers Bank & Trust

Victoria Harrison

Victoria L. Harrison has been employed with Farmers Bank & Trust in Magnolia, Arkansas for five years. She is the Data Processing Work Leader in the IT Department. She is currently a full time student at Southern Arkansas University, also located in Magnolia, pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Communication Design. Victoria recently worked with Passageways to re-launch the “Navigator”. The goals included bringing a more professional look to the portal while making it more user friendly for the employees.

articles, communication campaigns, auctions and conversations. If it matters to them, it matters to us. When Angie accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and asked Marketing to shoot the video in our parking lot, we knew a video display to show it to branches needed to happen.
