What is an FLRA?• A tactical weapon to counteract

the negative occurrences that affect a risk and loss prevention strategy.

• It is a hazard identification and control plan- your work plan for safety.

• An Administrative Control.• Conducted in the field and

covers your tasks for the day.• Complements the JHA.
