What Does Your

Shirt SayTim McDonald @tamcdonald

Be Good To PeopleOne of my favorite shirts because the message is so simple, the action is so simple and anyone can do it. Check out BeGoodToPeople.com for the T-shirt and more branded products with the same message.

Love Your VillageWhen I first drank Pangeo Coffee at Summer Brand Camp in Dallas, I met the founder, Jeff Power, and quickly became friends with him. The following year, he gave me a Pangeo T-shirt that read, “Love Your Village.” When you learn more about the work Pangeo does in the villages the coffee comes from, you will understand that this is more than just words on a shirt, it’s a way that we can all live in a world where neighbors help neighbors.

No Kid HungryI’m a passionate supporter of No Kid Hungry. A campaign of the nonprofit, Share Our Strength whose mission is to end child hunger in America. I have amassed over a week’s worth of T-shirts through various Booster promotions where supporters come up with their own design and you can purchase for a limited time. Both Denny’s and Rosati’s have done it the last couple years. And now you can purchase a shirt directly from No Kid Hungry.

Do What You LoveI’m not sure how I first heard of Ugmonk, but when I did, this shirt felt like it was designed for me. I knew I wasn’t alone as Brian Fanzo, DJ Waldow, and many others have shown their shirts off. It’s not just about doing what you love, but loving what you do. Be sure to check out the other Ugmonk products. Their attention to detail and conscious leadership in selecting partners is seen in everything they offer.

Promote LoveThis is so simple, yet we live in a world where we still need to make more progress. Love is love. It doesn’t have a color, religion or sexual orientation. My friend, Steph Grant, has a story about how it started, and Promote Love has now become a movement.

Robert GrahamI’ve almost always received compliments about the shirts

and sport coats I wear from Robert Graham.

Robert GrahamThey have so much detail, I often learn something new every

time I wear one of these pieces.

Robert GrahamThey are not clothes, they are art.

Robert GrahamI give talks in their shirts.

Robert GrahamI go to events in their shirts.

Robert GrahamI have even gotten seated at a busy restaurant because of their shirts.

“Never forget...

clothes don’t make the person but they can help create conversations

and spread important messages.”
