DESCRIPTION
The West Atlantic Avenue Redevelopment Plan provides the framework for the future development of the West Atlantic Avenue Corridor, located between 1-95 and Swinton Avenue and designated as Redevelopment Area #1 on the City of Delray Beach Future Land Use Map. The plan was produced in cooperation with the Community Redevelopment Agency, Visions West Atlantic, and the City of Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Department. The intent of the plan is to establish a framework for development of the area in the manner expressed through the 2003 Visions West Atlantic Charrette.
