Minimum Hardware Requirements:

Pentium IV or Later Processor.

Minimum of 512 MB of RAM.

An available USB port (If Certificate is in USB-Token)

User has to install USB-Token drivers into computer system before usage of

application.

If USB-Token driver is not installed before usage of application user cannot use his

certificate for application

Reliable Internet Connectivity.

Certificate with full chain.

Certificate should not be expired it should be valid certificate

• Operating System Windows 7, vista, Windows 8, etc.

• Browser Version

Internet Explorer Versions 8 or above

• Java Component Go to Control panel>Add/Remove Programs> Check whether Java Runtime Environment is installed on your machine or not. • Java Runtime Environment (jre_7_u_51 or any Latest Java) • Can be downloaded from the <Download> link on the Home page).

Browser Settings

Some browser settings are required for successful login and other

process to occur on the system. Go to Tools >> Internet Options >>

1. Click on Security >>

2.Select “Trusted

Site” Zone then

select Sites and add

the site https://newindia.eproc.in

Click on close

window will appear as shown on

next page.
