• In groups---Each member place your papers in the center of the 4 desks. Collect and put in the same direction). Pass to the group in front of you, eventually to the center middle group.

• Don’t pass your papers forward until you have received the ones behind you!

Leave Supplies

• If you were not here at Back to School night, I have a handout for you.

End of Class• 1. “Time to clean up”– Pick up papers on floor– Pack up bags– Put any materials back in their place– Move desks back to tape– Be seated quietly

• 2. “Stand up, push your chair in, stand behind your desk.”

• 3. I will dismiss you by groups. “Group 3, have a great day.– You are dismissed and can quietly leave the classroom.

Binder Set-Up• Three pieces of masking tape– 1. First Name– 2. Last Name– 3. Class Period 2

• Loose-leaf at the back (I can store extra loose-leaf paper)

“ID cards”

• First Week 'ID Cards' - The idea here is for you to mind map your passions, activities, hobbies, and anything else that you really love. Start by writing your name fairly large and then creating a map of the things in your life that are important to you... The Basics:

• Your NAME (3 times the size of anything else)• Some use of color• Polish. It should look like you took some time to think about what

you wanted to add.
