Keynote Speaker, Jeff Williams, PE, was elected Mayor of the City of Arlington in 2015 after decades of public service in Arlington. Mayor Williams is president of Arlington based Graham Associates, Inc., engineering and planning firm. He has worked on a host of major projects including AT&T Stadium, the I.H. 30 Three Bridges Project, Globe Life Park, River Legacy Center, and the Parks Mall. In 2009, Williams was presented with the State of Texas Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award. Mayor Williams will discuss the technical aspects of development projects in Arlington including the new Globe Life Park.

Plenary Speaker, Alan D. Greer, PE, leads the environmental and permitting work for Texas Central, a Texas-based company develop-ing the high-speed passenger railway connecting North Texas and Houston. Building on over 33 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure planning, and design, he joined the high-speed rail project in 2014. Alan will provide an overview of current project progress and the technology advances that make high-speed rail possible.
