WebRTC Demo, Miami, May 2015

Ingate’s SBCs do more than POTS-like SIP. They were developed for standards-compliant end-to-end multimedia SIP quality connectivity everywhere. Ingate’s WebRTC support is aligned: Q-TURN brings telepresence quality and the WebRTC & SIP Companion brings all the WebRTC features to the enterprise Unified Communications Solution.

The 800-Number Replacement Demo

6These are just my notes how to demo click-to-call and WebRTC related functions.

Try it at: https://webrtc.ingate.com Showing how a click-to-call button or link starts a softclient in your browser and allows you to use WebRTC functions

3) Here, the customer, while in queue, can chat, screen share and while screen sharing, I can choose to talk to him then

1) Just show click-to-call to another PC

2) Show an 800-number replacement getting into the typical IVR queue

The demo progresses…

2) When shared a screen, the customer in queue is asked to wait and can still chat

3) After customer screen shared, I can IM back, or simply unmute and talk

1) I get the customer IM
