I can relate to that.Actually, I pray scripted prayers; but it is my script, not someone else’s script.I would prefer that you do not see these prayers as scripted prayers. There is no particular power in these specific prayers. I do not claim that the Holy Spirit will move through you if you say these prayers the way that they are written.There are over 1500 statements, requests, and questions here. Yes, they are organized and structured into prayers. Hopefully they are written and organized in a way that you will find to be impacting.My intent though is to present these statements, requests, and questions as possible options for you to include in your prayers. Please, pick and choose any of the 1500 statements, requests and questions.

I make no claim to completeness. There are certainly other things that you can and should include in your prayers.I make no claim for the way I put my sentences together. I praise You.In this universe, that You created and sustain, both the inorganic substrate and the organic skin decay.In Your sovereignty, all things decay to become more random; less ordered, less connected, and less structured.In Your sovereignty, the universe expands, living things die, mountains erode, and steel rusts.Are death and decay necessary to show us that all material things are temporary, that they will all come to an end?

I praise You.All things decay to become more random.The nature of the universe, that You created and sustain, is that randomness is always increasing.Every minute, every hour, and every day; order, connectedness, and structure are continually decreasing.For both the inorganic substrate and the organic skin, for the big picture, the background of the big picture, as You created and sustain it, is a background of decay.

I praise You.By Your will and Your word, living things are conceived; You give life.By Your will and Your word, living things grow.When You conceive living things, and when You grow living things, order, connectedness, and structure increase and randomness decreases; the opposite of the background of decay.I know that You exist; because I can see life and growth (order, connectedness, and structure increasing) against the background of decay where randomness increases.

I praise You.You are the healer.You heal injuries and illnesses.When You heal living things, order, connectedness, and structure increase; also the opposite of the background of decay.I know that You exist; because I can see living things healing (order, connectedness, and structure increasing) against the background of decay where randomness increases.Did You create the universe with a background of decay so that Your acts of conceiving, growing, and healing would stand out clearly against that background of decay?
