WarrantyBurkey v.o.f. guarantees that the product delivered has been thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets its published specifications.The warranty is valid only if the product has been installed and usedaccording to the instructions supplied by Burkey v.o.f.Burkey v.o.f. shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, loss of use and other related exposures, however caused, arising from the use of the product.Burkey v.o.f. guarantees the proper operation of the product for a period of two years. Defects due to faulty material or workmanship will be repaired free of charge in our workshop. Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty. Warranty shall not apply to units that have been repaired by others than the technicians of Burkey VOF.Warranty is extended to the original buyer and is not transferable.
