Who we are

Wakefield Steel is a company full of experience

with over 40 years of accumulated knowledge.

Though we only established in 2017, as a level 2

BBBEEE, we have grown tremendously and

expanded in extraordinary ways.

All the individuals which make up the Wakefield

Steel team are highly skilled and have together for

some 20 to 30 years.

Rebar, collectively known as reinforcing steel and

reinforcement steel, is a steel bar or mesh of steel

wires used as a tension device in reinforced

concrete and reinforced masonry structures to

strengthen and hold the concrete in compression.
