A visualiser is a camera on a flexible arm.

Place anything below the camera

.. And it will then be displayed on your interactive whiteboard for

the whole class to see.

Very small objects can bedisplayed. Removes the need

to crowd around the demo area.

Use the IWB pens to annotateover the top of the displayedimage. Add labels and other

Information.

Can be used to display text.Removes need for photocopying.

Display student work – examquestions etc

Demonstrate practical work.Could even capture as a

video.

Dissections – hearts, kidneys, flowers etc

Can zoom in very close to show fine detail.

Use IWB camera tool to captureand bring into IWB softwarecan then add more labels

and annotations

Could even convert labels intotext and form the basis of a

“drag and drop” labellingActivity.
