RAJASTHAN RANKING BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIPS

HONY. SERETRAIES OF ALL MEMBERS ASSOCIATIONS OF RBA

Dear Sir,

Rajasthan Badminton Association is pleased to allot All Rajasthan Ranking Badminton Championships to Udaipur District Badminton Association. Following guidelines are to be implemented during the conduct of the tournament.

1. DATES OF TOURNAMENT:

The tournament will be organized on the following dates

Qualifying rounds 25th to 26th July, 2017Main draw 27th to 30th July, 2017Last Date of Entries 20th July, 2017

2 EVENTS ORGANIZED

The tournament will be organized in following events Men Singles Boys Singles (U-19)Women Singles Girls Singles (U-19)Men Doubles Boys Doubles (U-19)Women Doubles Girls Doubles (U-19)Mixed Doubles Jr . Mixed Doubles (U-19)

3 NUMBER OF COURTS

The minimum 3 courts should be made available throughout the duration of the tournament for the timely completion of the tournament schedule.

4 MODE OF COMPITITION

All the matches in the main draw shall be played best of three games of 21 points and qualifying rounds best of three games 15 points on a rally point system.

5 ENTRIES

The entries allowed to Association is as under:

4 Singles & 2 Doubles

The extra players have to play qualifying round. There shall be one qualifier for 4 entries or part thereof in that event subject to maximum of 8 qualifiers in each event. There is no restriction for the number of entries for Women & Girls events. The entries are to be received through Affiliated Units.(Direct entries from the players are not valid). 6 Registration of players:

Players registration for the year 2017-18 are mandatory and the detailed procedure already sent to you and also available on website of RBA. Those player are having RBA ID, there are no requirement for new RBA ID. The RBA ID will be issued only the new players.

7 ENTRY FEE

The entry fee for the tournament shall be charged as under Category Singles DoublesQualifying round Rs. 250 Rs. 500Main Draw Rs. 200 Rs. 400

8. ACCOMODATIONNo accommodation shall be arranged by the organizer for players (qualifying & main draw). All players have to make their own arrangement of stay the list of nearby hotels shall be sent by the organizer. Also the link of Oyo hotel are available on RBA website.

9 PROTEST

a. The fee for lodging protest of any kind is Rs. 1000/- This fee shall be retained by the organizer. Any protest shall be addressed to the Org. Secretary in writing within one hour after completion of match

10 TECHANICAL OFFICILS The Technical Officials shall be nominated by RBA and provided with the facilities as per RBA guidelines

11 RAIL CONCESSION The Rail Concession form is enclosed with this letter.

The Rajasthan Badminton team for the North Zone Inter State Badminton Championships, Chandigarh will be selected on performance of the players in Rajasthan Ranking tournament held at Jaipur and Udaipur.
