Mandurang Valley Wines
Mandurang Valley Wines planted its first vineyard in 1976. The owners, Wes and Pamela Vine have a passionate interest in wine and winemaking. The first vintage was produced in 1980 for their own consumption.
In 1992 the first commercial wines were produced. When offered to the public this wine proved to be very popular, selling out in a short time. Each subsequent vintage has seen an increase in volume with the winery also making wines for others under contract.
An additional vineyard has been planted under the management of son Steve, the fruit being used to produce our super premium wine. A number of vineyards totalling 20 hectares have been selected in the Bendigo region from which fruit is purchased. This enables the winery to supply an ever-increasing market. Three other wineries are contracted to produce large volume specific wines for the international market.

Medhurst Wines Pty Ltd
Medhurst Wines is a family-owned winery making bespoke estate grown wines from the Yarra Valley, a verdant region about an hour’s drive from Melbourne.
The company specialises in pinot noir, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay, capturing the very best that the cool climate of the Yarra Valley offers.
Medhurst Wines is the product of the shared vision of Ross and Robyn Wilson whose aim has been to own a vineyard and produce high quality wines. Ross was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Southcorp, a major Australian wine company, and he has remained passionate about wine ever since. The Wilsons spent years looking for the perfect site and settled on the Yarra Valley. The Australian and international status of an excellent cool climate wine region and its incredible beauty helped seal the deal.
Each variety grown on the Medhurst vineyard is matched to the topography and soil type, resulting in the ultimate expression of variety every vintage.

Mitchelton Wines
Mitchelton wines are expressive of the best of the estate characteristics. Proudly estate-grown, the wines are layered with great texture and complexity.
With the focus on individual block-targeting, each soil profile is planted with the most suitable grape variety, clonal and rootstock combination. In turn, each specific block is treated with a unique combination of viticultural practices aimed at optimising vineyard expression through tailored trellising systems, precise pruning regimes and judicious irrigation.
This intensive approach nurtures individual blocks separately, enabling every vine to achieve its full potential, revealing grapes of superior flavour and structure. In a unique way, the Mitchelton viticultural philosophy integrates scientific expertise, experience and familiarity of vineyard nuances with a focus on environmental stewardship.

Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia
We are a co-operative of family-owned, organic dairy farms located around Victoria, Australia. We formed our co-operative in 2001 as a way of ensuring our milk got to market in the purest form possible.
We firmly believe that when the soil is healthy and cows are happy, the milk they produce is different. We don’t use any chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides and our cows are not treated with antibiotics. They graze outdoors all year round on a diverse mix of grasses and herbs. Native tree planting and land conservation is big part of how we farm. Farming this way, we think we can improve the environment and our communities, and produce remarkable milk.
Under our brand, Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia, we offer UHT milk and a range of special cheeses including cheddar, gouda, mozzarella and pecorino.

Sally’s Paddock
The Sally’s Paddock vineyard was first planted in 1973 in the Victorian Pyrenees region, north-west of Melbourne. It has provided ultra-premium quality grapes to the family owned Redbank Winery which produces the fine estate grown single vineyard cabernet blend wines.
The vineyards at Redbank are naturally grown using traditional, self-sustaining techniques. The Sally’s Hill Vineyard was planted on the opposite side of the hill to produce first class estate grown varietal wines including shiraz, cabernet, merlot, pinot noir and cabernet franc.
Sally’s Paddock is famous in Australia and around the world for its quality, drinkability and longevity. Hand made at the winery using traditional natural methods, it shows the quality characters of dry grown vines.
