Social media is becoming a more and more popular aid used to keep the lines of communication between the educator, learner, and parents open. They are used to share knowledge, ideas, and thoughts. There are different forms of social media-blogs, wikis, Facebook, and YouTube just to name a few. Let’s not forget e-mails and text messaging.

Students can learn from the comforts of their own home with the growing number of online courses. Actual structural buildings now have classrooms that are completely online.More and more educators are producing interactive activities through technology.Technology can help create individualized lessons for students.
