Viewing & Using Reports 1. Go to the “Reports”
tab.2. Find the report you
want to view and click on the title.
3. If you want a copy to use for yourself, just click on “Duplicate” from the left side of the page.
4. Go to “Summary” to give the report a new title.
5. You can use the report as you like.

Spend time playing around and trying different things…
• You can’t mess up anything!• The data is safe.• You can delete any reports you create.• Call me, Jim, or Kristin if you can’t get
the information you want after trying a couple of times.
Printing Bubble Sheets
Print Only from the Computer and Printer Connected to the Scanner…oBubble sheets must be printed on a LASER PRINTER!oDo NOT copy bubble sheets!oPrint on white, 81/2 X 11 paper only.
1. On the Exams Page, click the “Answer Sheets
With Student Names”
2. Select the criteria to get the students you want for the bubble sheets.
3. “SAVE” the file
onto the
desktop then open
the file to
print.
The first page givesVERY IMPORTANT
instructions for printing the bubble sheets.
oMake sure the Page Scaling shows – 'Fit to Printable Area/Margins' or ‘Reduce toPrintable Area/Margins'.
oEnsure that Adobe Reader is not updating while printing.
Open the
Print Menu
Once the sheets begin printing…
make sure all 6 T marks must be clearly printed on the top and bottom of the paper (½” from the top and bottom and ¼” from the
sides)
After the sheets print…
oDo NOT close Adobe Reader until the ENTIRE job has finished printing.
oOnce you know your sheets are good, DELETE your file from the desktop. The computer will begin to slow down if everyone saves every file on it.
oYou can always get more sheets by repeating the process.

1.Click on the DataSanner shortcut from the desktop or from the Programs list in the Start menu.

2. Type in your Username and Password from DataDirector.
4…Select the Exam you want from the
Exam List.
3…Choose the
Subject, Year,
Grade, put in the Exam
ID # OR show “All Exams” to
search from.
5…Verify that this is the correct exam, place the scanner sheets in the
scanner, and select “Scan Now”.
