NOTE: Digital channels are indicated with a “–” followed by a number.NOTE: When Channel Lock function is “On”, the Channel Search cannot be used. If Channel Lock is “On”, set it to “Off” before proceeding.

Limited Warranty NECDisplaySolutionsofAmerica,Inc.(hereinafter“NECDISPLAYSOLUTIONS”)warrantsthisProduct
tobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipand,subjecttotheconditionssetforthbelow,agreestorepairorreplace(atNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONS_soleoption)anypartoftheenclosedunitwhichprovesdefectiveforaperiodofthree(3)yearsfromthedateoffirstconsumerpurchase.Sparepartsarewarrantedforninety(90)days.Replacementpartsorunitmaybeneworrefurbishedandwillmeetspecificationsoftheoriginalpartsorunit.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherrights,whichvaryfromstatetostate.ThiswarrantyislimitedtotheoriginalpurchaseroftheProductandisnottransferable.
ThiswarrantycoversonlyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONS-suppliedcomponents.Servicerequiredasaresultofthirdpartycomponentsisnotcoveredunderthiswarranty.Inordertobecoveredunderthiswarranty,theProductmusthavebeenpurchasedintheU.S.A.orCanadabytheoriginalpurchaser.ThiswarrantyonlycoversProductdistributionintheU.S.A.orCanadabyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONS.NowarrantyserviceisprovidedoutsideoftheU.S.A.orCanada.ProofofPurchasewillberequiredbyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONStosubstantiatedateofpurchase.Suchproofofpurchasemustbeanoriginalbillofsaleorreceiptcontainingnameandaddressofseller,purchaser,andtheserialnumberoftheproduct.
ItshallbeyourobligationandexpensetohavetheProductshipped,freightprepaid,ordeliveredtotheauthorizedresellerfromwhomitwaspurchasedorotherfacilityauthorizedbyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONStorendertheservicesprovidedhereunderineithertheoriginalpackageorasimilarpackageaffordinganequaldegreeofprotection.AllProductsreturnedtoNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONSforserviceMUSThavepriorapproval,whichmaybeobtainedbycalling1-800-632-4662.TheProductshallnothavebeenpreviouslyaltered,repaired,orservicedbyanyoneotherthanaservicefacilityauthorizedbyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONStorendersuchservice,theserialnumberoftheproductshallnothavebeenalteredorremoved.InordertobecoveredbythiswarrantytheProductshallnothavebeensubjectedtodisplayingoffixedimagesforlongperiodsoftimeresultinginimagepersistence(afterimageeffects),accident,misuseorabuseoroperatedcontrarytotheinstructionscontainedintheUser’sManual.Anysuchconditionswillvoidthiswarranty.
NECDISPLAYSOLUTIONSSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORDIRECT,INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL,OROTHERTYPESOFDAMAGESRESULTINGFROMTHEUSEOFANYNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONSPRODUCTOTHERTHANTHELIABILITYSTATEDABOVE.THESEWARRANTIESAREINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIESEXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,THEIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.SOMESTATESDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLUSIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIESORTHELIMITATIONOREXCLUSIONOFLIABILITYFORINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESSOTHEABOVEEXCLUSIONSORLIMITATIONSMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.
ThisProductiswarrantedinaccordancewiththetermsofthislimitedwarranty.ConsumersarecautionedthatProductperformanceisaffectedbysystemconfiguration,software,theapplication,customerdata,andoperatorcontrolofthesystem,amongotherfactors.WhileNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONSProductsareconsideredtobecompatiblewithmanysystems,specificfunctionalimplementationbythecustomersoftheProductmayvary.Therefore,suitabilityofaProductforaspecificpurposeorapplicationmustbedeterminedbyconsumerandisnotwarrantedbyNECDISPLAYSOLUTIONS.
