User Manual to Modify Supplier Profile We Supply Renewables is a user generated portal that allows companies based in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia to showcase their products and services to international developers participating in the National
Renewable Energy Program (NREP). The portal offers domestic suppliers access to a multi-billion-dollar
renewable energy investment program that will see the Kingdom install 9.5GW of wind, solar, waste-to-
energy and geothermal projects by 2023. Make sure your company applies for free registration today.
This User Manual describes the steps that Suppliers must take to modify their Supplier Profile, after you
have successfully registered on WeSupplyRenewables Portal. Following are the two main topics of this
document:
• How to Modify Supplier Profile Information
• How to Modify Selected Categories List and Answer Category Specific Questions

How to Modify Supplier Profile Information:
Step 1: Go to the URL: https://www.wesupplyrenewables.com.sa to access We Supply Renewables
Portal.
Once the URL opens, provide your username and password to access your Supplier Account:
Step 2: Once logged in, you will appear on your Supplier Main Page. From this screen, simply click
“Registration Data” icon:
Important Note: When Supplier successfully registers on We Supply Renewables Portal, and completes
ALL mandatory Profile Questions, this Supplier is immediately sent to Register Officer’s review and
approval. The above screenshot will be visible ONLY to Suppliers that completed ALL mandatory Profile
Questions upon login.
However, if Supplier Registers but DOES NOT complete ALL mandatory Profile Questions, then the above
screen will not appear for this Supplier. Instead, the Suppliers will be required to complete Profile
Questions every time the Supplier logs into their account.

Step 3: On the next screen, you will land on your Supplier Registration Data screen. On this screen, you
can modify Supplier Profile on “Registration Data” and “Basic Profile” tabs.
Step 4: To modify “Registration Data” information, click on “Edit” icon:
Simply type the changes in the available fields and click “Save” icon:
Important Note: Kindly notice that you CAN NOT change Organization Name, Company Email Domain
and Commercial Registration (CR) Number fields. To modify response to these fields, you must contact
the Helpdesk Support Team!
Step 5: Access the Basic Profile area to modify response to Basic Profile information:

You can view the Forms that must be answered in this page, and if you have provided ALL answers to
Profile Questions. To modify response, simply click on any of the forms you wish to edit:
On the next screen, click Edit:
Answer ALL mandatory questions or modify your response, then click “Save and Continue” icon:
Important Note: Please ensure that the information you provide in your Supplier Profile is valid and up-
to-date.
Kindly note that you must also select Categories based on your Company Commercial Registration
Certificate, and provide Category Specific Answers. To read more about it, please proceed to next
section.
As a result of following the steps above, you can access your Supplier Profile and modify answers to
profile questions.

How to Modify Selected Categories List and Answer Category Specific Questions
Step 1: Once logged into your Supplier Account, you will land on the Main Page. From this page, click on
“Registration Data” icon:
Step 2: On the next page, click on the side bar, and click on “My Categories” under the “My
Organization” option:
Step 3: You will land on a screen that displays ALL categories you have selected in your Supplier Profile
so far:

Step 4: To ADD new categories, simply click on “Add Category” icon:
On the following screen, browse the Category Tree thoroughly and select the Categories that match
your Company Business Activities. Once done, click on “Confirm Current Selection” icon:
Important Note: Please note that Suppliers are instructed to select Categories as per their Commercial
Registration Certificate
Step 5: Once you have selected the Categories and clicked “Confirm Current Selection” as instructed
above, on the next screen, you will be immediately required to provide answers to Category Specific
Questions based on the earlier selected Categories. Please ensure you provide valid answer to these
questions, and click “Save” to end the process:
Important Note: Please be informed that all category specific questions must be fully answered in order
to obtain approval for your application.

Step 6: Additionally, please notice the RED “Completion Status” icon next to each selected Category on
the “My Categories” screen. This mean that you have associated those particular Categories to your
Account, but did not answer the related Category Specific Questions. To answer Category Specific
Question, simply click on the required category:
On the next screen, click on “Edit” icon:
Provide answer to ALL questions. Kindly notice that Category Specific Questions for all other Categories
you have selected will be editable. You can simply answer them all, or modify your response, and click
“Save” icon:
Step 7: To DELETE your previously selected categories, simply click on the Category from the “My
Categories” screen:

On the next screen, click on the triple dot “…” icon, and click on “Remove Category” icon:
Click “OK” on the pop-up to complete the activity:
Notice that the Category list is reduced:
As a result of following steps, you will be able to select additional Categories, answer Category Specific
Questions, Delete Categories, and Modify answers to Category Specific Questions.
