USER MANUAL

Reports

REPORTS

On the Main Menu, choose option Reports. Select Report

Type as shown below:-

All reports can be exported in Excel as well as PDF format.

Report option A. Mother and Child Count gives the count of

Mother and Child entered during a particular year. Location

details can also be chosen up to subcentre level for report

generation.

The report can be generated for mother and child

respectively by selecting the required option from report

type.

Select report for Mother. The following report will be displayed :-

On selecting Report for Child the report for child will be displayed. You can also select the report options to filter the data according to phone number, address etc.

Report option B. Mother Details & Child Details provides

the dump of the mother and child data according to the

hierarchy chosen:-

The following report is displayed:-

Similarly Report for Child can be generated by selecting

Report for Child in Report type. It provides the dump of the

child data according to the hierarchy chosen.

Also, the report can be filtered according to the category

given in Advance filter. The data can be further filtered by

selecting the options against the category selected.

Report option C. Monthwise Date Entry provides the

number of records entered for Mothers/Children during

the current month.

The following report is displayed:

When the report is viewed for all districts it shows the data

for all Healthblocks in that District. Similarly when the

report is viewed at Healthblock level (as shown above) it

shows the records for all PHCs in that Healthblock.

For report of number of Children records entered select

Children option in report type.

Report option D. MonthWise Services Provided provides the

status of services provided to mothers during the selected

month. The location hierarchy has to be selected upto Health

Facility Name. The report can be viewed for

Mother/Child/Infant services count.

After selecting the hierarchy the following report is

displayed:

Report option E. ANM and ASHA Count provides the count of

the ANM and ASHA according to the hierarchy chosen:-

The following report is displayed:-

When report is viewed for all districts it shows the count for each district in that State. Similarly when report is viewed for All Health blocks in a particular district it shows the count for each Healthblock in that district.

When report is viewed for all districts the following report is displayed:-

The first page shows the count registered without proper contact numbers. The second page shows the total count registered on the central server.

It report has

two pages.

Report option F. ANM & ASHA Details provides the dump of the ANM & ASHA data according to the hierarchy chosen:-

Selecting ASHA Details in report type provides the dump of the ASHA according to the hierarchy chosen:-

Report option G. List of Subcentre without ANM/ ASHA

provides the list of subcentres with no ANM and ASHA.

Report option H. Beneficiary Card provides the beneficiary

details for each pregnant woman when Beneficiary Card for

Mother is selected in Report type and provides the

beneficiary details for child when Beneficiary Card for Child is

selected in Report type:-

Report option I. DistrictWise Verification Count provides the

districtwise details of calls verified by the verifiers.

Report option J. Registered Users for SMS Service provides

the list of users registered for SMS service:-

The arrows can be clicked to order the data by

Name/Designation/District etc.

accordingly.

Report option K. SMS received and sent count provides the

details such as SMS sent to ANM, ASHA etc and also the

SMS received:-

MASTER REPORT

On the Main Menu, choose option Master Report. The

following reports based on Common Master Details will be

displayed:-

Choose report A. Duplicate Talukas to l ist a l l duplicate Talukas in the respective state.

Similarly report B. Duplicate Health Blocks displays list of

duplicate health blocks:-

Report C. Duplicate PHCs displays the list of duplicate PHCs :- On pressing Submit, the following report is displayed:-

Report D. Duplicate Subcentres displays the list of duplicate

subcentres:-

Selecting report E . MCTS Last Logins will display the list of

last login users:-

Similarly report F. CM Last Logins displays the list of last login

users of CM:-

SCHEDULED REPORTS

Scheduled reports are the reports generated the previous

night. On the Main Menu, choose option Scheduled Reports.

The following options will be displayed:-

Report option A. Beneficiary and Health Provider Count

displays the following report. It shows the state wise

performance report for Mother and child count.

The first page shows State wise Performance report for

Mother and Child for both 2010-2011 & 2011-2012. It shows

the estimated and registered figures. Also, shows the pro-rata

percentage of data entry.

The second page shows State wise Performance report for

Mother and Child for the year 2011-2012. It shows the

estimated and registered figures during 2011-2012. Also,

shows the pro-rata percentage of cumulative data entry

during 2011-2012 and pro-rata percentage of cumulative data

entry done daily.

The third page shows Statewise Mother count report.

The fourth page shows Statewise Child count report.

The fifth page shows the Statewise ANM and ASHA count.

It has five

pages. Click on

the forward

arrow to view

the other

reports.

Report option B. Month wise data entry displays the following

report. It shows the month wise data entry done.

The first page shows the estimated number of pregnant

women and live births and registered number of pregnant

women and live births in all months during the year.

The second report shows the month wise data entry for

Mothers Registered on MCTS Server. It shows the total

women registered and its month wise breakup.

Similarly the third page shows the month wise data entry for

Children Registered on MCTS Server.

It has three

pages.

Report option C. Month wise Services Provided displays the

following report.

Both the pages show the count of women given the services

in different months.

The first page shows the services details of pregnant women

and the second page shows the service details of Live births.

It has two

pages.

Report option D. Services Provided displays the following

report.

This report has three pages.

The first page shows the state wise mother services given

during a particular month and year.

The second page shows the state wise infant services given

during a particular month and year.

Similarly the third page shows the state wise children services

given during a particular month and year.

It has three

pages.

Report option E. District/HealthBlock Mother and Child Count

displays the following report.

The report shows the total mothers registered, mothers with

self phone numbers etc. for all districts when viewed at state

level. Clicking on the + sign will further display the details for

all the health blocks in all districts.

When the report is viewed at District level it will first show the

data for all health blocks and drilling down the report further

will show the details for all subcentres in the health blocks.

The report can be viewed for Mother and Child by selecting the

appropriate option in report type.

sign to drill

Report option F. District/HealthBlock Mother Services Given

displays the following report.

Report option G. District/HealthBlock Workplan displays the

following report.

Report option H. State and District Dashboards displays the

Statewise and district wise dashboard reports that have been

generated previous night. It can also be generated at national

level.

Selecting Mother Factsheet will display the following report.

Similarly other dashboard report can be viewed by selecting

the respective options.

Report option I. Health facilities mapping displays the

following report.

It has three

pages.

The first page shows the state wise health facilities partition.

The second page shows the State Wise Mapping Report of

SubFacilities.

The third page shows the State wise Health Facilities.

Report option J. Facilities not entering data displays the

following report.

The report

can be

further drilled

down.

Report option K. User Log in displays the following report.

This report shows the MCTS and CM login on the current day

and during the current month and number of MCTS and CM

distinct users on the current day and during the current

month.

Report option L. Statewise Verification displays the following

report.

Report option M. Verifier Attendance displays the following

report.

Report option N. SMS Delivery status displays the following

report.

Report option O. MCTS Application Hit Count displays the

following report.

Report option P. SMS sent from unknown number displays

the following report. It displays the SMS’s received from

numbers not registered in MCTS.
