Log in to EzTrack at http://braintree/eztrack/ Enter your user name (last name + first

initial) Enter your password (usually tutor plus 3

numbers)

First Screen

This is the first screen you’ll see. It’s here where you can: Set up your schedule availability and Enter & View notes on a student. Click on Schedule Home.

At this screen, you can either set up your availability or double-check your tutor schedule.

Click on the Setup Your Availability button.

This screen will appear. Go through each drop-down menu for every day. This will BLOCK OUT your times.

Ima Facilitator blocked out 8-5pm on MWF, 8-Noon on Tues/Thurs. She also blocked out 8-5 on Sundays

Don’t forget to click the Add Time button at the bottom.

Now you want to double-check your schedule, right? Go back to the home screen (click on the Back:EzSched Menu button) and it will bring you back here. Click on Get Tutor Schedule.

Check your schedule

Now you can see where you blocked out your schedule. You can use this same set up for blocking out weekly tutor sessions with students.

Things to remember

We expect you to update your calendar as soon as possible and as you schedule in weekly sessions. WHY? If your schedule is updated, then you won’t

get requests for tutoring at times when you’re busy. EzTrack notes must be entered on campus. If

you want/need to write the notes off campus, you must download the VPN to have access to the website. See our downloading the VPN tutorial on this for more information.
