Interuniversity Cooperation Interuniversity Cooperation Programme of the Spanish Ministry of Programme of the Spanish Ministry of

Foreign AffairsForeign AffairsThe Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the

Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI), supports the “Interuniversity Cooperation

Programme”(PCI). PCI supports the development of continuous and cooperative relations between

research centres and universities in Spain, Latin-America and the Arab World. It also intends to strengthen postgraduate education systems in

Latin-America. The supported themes coincide with the priorities for the Spanish Cooperation with Latin-America and the Arab countries established by the

Ministry.
